Look before you put information out there take a look at all the footage recorded that is by the hospital surveillance and the police body cam and there is alot on video. This is a case of not a girl but a 19 yr old adult woman (18 is considered adult in the law) The hospital was not at fault for her putting the baby in a plastic bag and then into the trash. She did that all on her own. The hosp treated her for severe back pains which is what she only complaind of and she didn't allow them to examine her properly. The hospital did give pain meds but women are given pain meds all the time during labor and the medication treated acute pain not long acting. The pain med did not kill the baby as baby took breaths per the autopsy report. She knew she was pregnant but chose to deny and lie to everyone about it until she felt the baby coming out and then ran to lock herself in the bathroom. The hosp staff constantly checked on her including her own mother and she continued to lie saying nothing was going on in there. She birthed the baby on her own choosing because she didn't want anyone to know. She by her friends statements is koniving manipulator and lies alot. The baby suffocated in the plastic teadh bag she put him in. It is plain and simple as he took breaths. The hospntold her and her mom shebwas pregnant per the urine positive test that the first did and she still lied saying she didn't have sex. She and only she us responsible for the baby dying as she wasn't truthful and she knew she was pregnant, look at that belly. She just didn't want the baby and chose that a human infant life was not important to her. She was old enough to decide other options but she chose not to and she disposed of her own baby like trash. The hospital was there to treat her and they tried to help her but she wouldn't have any of it. She at 19 yrs old and an adult knew how babies are made, that bellies get big and how babies come into the world. She just didn't want a baby. Now she is charged with murder and is out on bail until court. The video tapes tell all the story and its very clear that she did this on her own. It is even sadder that the baby is gone as the hospital had a safe haven for babies to by given up if not wanted. Rip 5 lb. 9 Oz 18 inch baby boy .
