Travis was the most gifted arm wrestler I ever seen. Has explosion was almost unstoppable. But he lack discipline and dedication to the sport. @@jonb2756 Voevoda was the world number 1 at one point of time. He defeated Travis, Todd, Brzenk... you name it. Every elite armwrestler worth his salt has given respect to Voevoda. But like Devon said.. Being the number 1 armwrestler became just another bucket list for him. Another been there done that. But what an athlete he was. I don't think there was ever an elite armwrestler who also was an Olympic medalist. I wouldn't have been surprised if he knew Judo or Sambo as well. He was a complete athlete in every way.

Not only was the match decided by the referee, the ref also caused so much tension between the two athletes, almost causing a fight. If you let the two athletes pull without trying to micro manage, the stronger athlete is going to win. Both athletes will know where they stand & no one will feel frustrated. Terrible rules.
@xxminecraftpvpproxx2408
@xxminecraftpvpproxx2408 2 жыл бұрын
yea fuck those rules, like devon always says its a fight between two armwrestlers" and the fucking ref shouldn't have that much power on who wins, because even refs are humans and it is only natural that they are biased, which is much worse than having kings move in the sport. Also with the rules like this arm wrestling will stay a small underground nothing of a sport, the only way to make aw bigger is to have it more pleasing to watch for the new viewers

Every time Travis is actually allowed to press he completely over powers Semerenko. That guy is a bodybuilder with an average record (which is quite common and the guys that have learned and mastered the art of arm wrestling almost always beat them), Travis is a hyper elite arm wrestler for for most of his life and a former multiple right and left arm world champion. It’s just a bummer they didn’t actually get to arm wrestle much, as Travis is way over matched for this bout and would’ve completely smoked him 💪🏻💪🏻

It's hilarious how Travis pulls Alexey like he's a little kid at 17:35 with the strap tied.

Алексей просто неожидал этого. Состороны Тревиса это подло. Джон Брезенк так некогда не поступал.

Travis do you cheat much Jesus. I just watched a video today 2022 and you’re doing the same thing. You load way up and go before the ref says go. Damn son!

#1 because he is an asshole #2 Because he was pissed at the reff for calling another movement foul when he was sitting dead still. (still not a good reason) This match turned into a shit show as soon as the reff started showing a massive bias. At that point Travis basically said if you don't want a proper match we will make it into a show.

Was it mandatory to film these matches with potatoes? Every match is like the quality of 80s high-school videography.
