Yo man, thanks so much for your comment. I completely understand what you're saying and would say that these things only appeal to certain players and people. I think they definitely can inspire ideas to people that don't always want convention, etc even though they can deliver that if needs be... I'm someone that just loves music whether banging on a tin pot in a field, amped up playing real loud on a gig, playing with hi tech gizmos or sat at home playing acoustic guitar it's all good to me man.... But yeah I'm just trying to stay safe at home out of trouble and thought I'd help those people that are unsure of how to use this thing as I'm around and know vaguely how to use it... ;-) But once I'm done with this series of videos I've got lots more tracks coming and some ideas for some instructional style for either Patreon or YT or both... Hey Alex thanks for watching and for your comment. Its a great question, and whilst I have not tried it I am pretty certain it would work well because of the nature of the pickup. It works like 6 mini humbuckers one under each string so tap around it I'm sure would pick up too... That's the best answer I can offer right now but if I have an opportunity to try it properly I'll let you know. I'm sure it's been done before.
