This is the first song that introduced me to Alexi and his mesmerizing guitar solos. I also share the back story of what led me to buy my first Jackson RR guitars. Alexi was one of my inspirations in music after Dimebag Darrell, Marty Friedman, and Jason Becker.

Everytime I Die solo is also my favorite. Fell in love with it first time I heard it. I still suck at playing it, but it's always fun to try. You did a phenomenal job. RIP, metal god Alexi Laiho.

I wish you could share more stories and extend this video bit longer. You must do a tribute for him Bhaia with the Jackson guitar. I still remember my cousin offer me to listen some songs Children Of Bodom from back in 2009, earlier or later. That's the first time I'm into Matel music genre & being a MatelHead, just because of his playing styles, fastest riffs, solos, screams, compositions and stage appearance. I'm blown away, will miss him for sure.

I didn't know about Jason Becker but when you said the name i searched on youtube and saw him sitting on a wheelchair after seeing him soloing incenly, which just crushed my heart. Who can know what a great guitarist he was. His heavenly innocent face just stole my heart and love.Hope your wish to meet him will be fulfilled.Love for Alexi Lahio❤️

Listening to COB kinda saved my life when I was strugling with severe depression in the past. The pathetic nihilistic little piece of shit who i felt i was has nowadays become a confident and succesfull person who enjoys life. It felt a tearing pain in my heart when i first got to know that alexi had past away. I hadn't even fully woken up yet when the news article flashed on my phone screen. Rest in piece. You made a huge impact on me and I wouldn't propably have gotten even this far without your music.

Bed of razors was my first of COB, and I was right away obsessed with the guitar and vocal. A big reason for me to love vibe is the fact that there are uncanny resemblance with COB riffs. Absolutely love Alexi, and Vibe, and Jason, and of course You. Thanks for doing this video.

Alexi was just a God level shredder. He opened roads to me exploring other metal bands/guitarists. I infact own the vinyl of Jason Becker. Though, I'm more into Rock n' Roll/Blues, but I love Alexi the same way I love Eric Clapton whose music introduced me (eventually) to Knofler, Slash, Rory Gallagher. These stories are crazy. I just posted this pic on my FB where the 'Top 25 most played' song in my iPod 120GB still contains 'Everytime I Die' and imagine I've had that iPod since 2008! Glad to come across your channel.

I havent watched the video just starting to First thing that i ever heard of you Oni bhai , almost a decade ago, was that CoB and Alexi are one of your primary influences. Ofcourse Besides Dimebag. i was so much into CoB and Randy and Pantera that time myself.. Youre Flood solo and now This ... again making me wanna pick up my axe and practice so much. Hey Oni boy, what's your thought about Randy Rhoads? We are old school rockers from the 80's and COB was never my stuff however I came to know about Alexi's playing from my Nephew. We are extremely passionate about the heavy metal guitarists (of 80's) who played for Hear 'N Aid 1986. The last ones who impressed me are John Sykes, Adrian Vandenberg, Marty Friedman, Jason Becker Nuno Bittecourt, Vito Brata, Scotty HIll and Vinny Moore. I am more into blues based hard rock to be precise.

@@OniHasan I have forgot to mention the name of an Australian Kid guitarist (11 years old) named Taj Farrant who I have been listening to intensely for the last 1 year. Man ! This kid is more than amazing and has blown me away. He has even played with Carlos Santana in 2019 may be! You should check him out !
