He is a type of player that every manager whose playing a counter attack tactics want, a team player + inverted winger (support). This season Pioli give him a free roam role, that's why i think he is improving so much. Great work, keep eye on him he is a great talent winger!

He does have the quality to score more and assist more. His passing in general seems unexpectedly good, movement on ball and dribbling aren’t bad at all. All he needs to do is be more dareful (if that is a word lmao) and take more risks. Still young can definitely improve.

He’s a little bit like Xavi Hernández: great passes, one touch man and cleans the zone, and also he’s strong and is a very good ball recover. He’s so underrated and I think He’s a wasted player in the winger posición, Pioli should to use him in the centre of the field.

I love Alexis but his finishing is poor. He should focus on working on that. Maybe work on his curling ability so he's not jus barreling more than half of his chances at goal over the bar

Si tutto molto bello. Ma un esterno d'attacco che fa due gol l'anno alla fine dei giochi risulta inefficace. Giochi praticamente con due termini difensivi.

Più o meno, gioca molto bene, alla fine i gol nel milan li fa ibra, la squadra serve lui, ma comunque è ancora molto giovane ed è stato pagato solo 4 milioni e ora ne vale 20 un ottimo affate
