Really impressive work! Tikki Aku is adorable and the low-poly aesthetic is cool! Crash's run cycle being reminiscent of Ed from Ed Edd & Eddy is a pretty majestic sight to behold lmao

Important detail for all 3D platformers you missed: Giving the character a shadow below them so you know where they'll land

On the video the level looks pretty easy but if you try to play it its a whole different story

Nice job man, it’s crazy how a subtle cue like a shadow under crash when he jumps would make this 10x easier… it’s something you take for granted in game, but notice when it’s not there!

Tikki Aku is basically a Rayman character and that is why I will play as him with his adorable tiny hands

The missing shadow really contributes the difficulty spikes, making it much harder than the original, and i love it

One thing I liked is that there is no shadow when crash jumps so it's hard to know where he will land

I've played this and I liked it; it's not perfect though, which is the reason I'm gonna give you this review: THE PROS: Version 2 solves the (poor) optimization problem of the original version, since the game lets you change various settings, including graphics-related ones. It also improves the double jump and gives you the ability to bodyslam. The level design is nice and not overdone (like, for example, Crash 4s). The inclusion of Bonus routes was nice too. The ayesthetics of the game, both in graphics and sounds, are simple yet very likeable. The style used for the graphics is light to the eye and nice to look at in its simplicity, while the sfx has its own cartoony style. THE CONS: The lack of any character-related shadow makes every single jump a luck-based experience rather than a skill-based one. Basically adding unnecessary artificial difficulty to the game. In the other Crash games you can still jump when you're just about the fall. The lacking of this feature makes jumps unnecessarily much harder to do, basically adding, once again, artifical difficulty to the game. I know this game is not made to be taken that seriously but if you're ever going to release a Version 3, make it a full game or even make a whole new platforming game, I think you should use this review as source for improvement. Thank you for making this game and this channel, love your content. Bye!

You on the best Way to create you own Crash :D the Checkpoint Effect looks very good, the Animation for collecting fruits looks nice :D The Base for you Game is amazing, the Look Fancy comes later :D
