Same here... better late than ever I guess... I have become ALF obsessed these last few months... I've had to have binged at least all 4 seasons 3 times through by now... and it all happened when I by chance came across my old, original, official, plush ALF doll... I have been going through some extreme problems with anxiety and depression and gloom and all kinds of other personal mental horrors... untouchable insomnia... when I found old ALF, I actually hugged him and fell asleep for a few hours... People have all kinds of "emotional support" crap nowadays... so I have been justifying MY ALF by saying, with all the ridiculousness of present day, everyone can kiss my ass if they think a 40 plus year man carrying around and sleeping with an ALF doll is weird... ha ha ha...🤪🤪🤪 I can think of a megaton of more wierd and ridiculous crap people do... I love my ALF... and he really is helping me in my hours of need... nobody else is... Ha ha... that is all... sorry for getting so strange... but thanks for reading... if you read... 🤗🤗🤗

Alf is not gone. The one who died was the one who donned a costume whenever a full-body shot was needed for scenes of the alien walking, running, or standing. For the most part, however, upper-body shots of a mechanical puppet were used instead... Paul Fusco is the real voice and caracter of ALF, and his creator as well. He's alive.

First of all, I can't believe I missed getting to watch TV Land when it was great:( Second, I absolutely LOVE ALF and Drew together and all I can imagine is ALF hosting Whose Line literally saying and doing everything Drew ever did, it just fits so perfectly! ALF needed to be on Whose Line so badly:)

the ALF shows are now cut-up and they have removed scenes and even some plot moments in the syndicated versions that are out now and play on cable. You are missing up to 5 minutes in a 24-minute show. 30-minute episodes shows usually had slots for 6 minutes of commercials. So ALF uncut should be 24 Minutes, not the ones that you are seeing missing so much of the episode! Don't buy the DVD's until they put back in what is missing! They were cut up so reruns broadcast on TV could add more commercials. When the DVD's were released they used the Syndicated versions that had removed multiple scenes/plot elements in every single episode! We need these shows as they were shown on TV not cut up!!

This was my favorite talk show it had a Alf on it the show was too short. Low ratings? The pilot episode was a moderate success to create more episodes, but ratings started to decline. In other words, it was dead on arrival. The idea of a fictional character having a talk show to interview real celebrities sounds like a good idea on paper that was executed quite well in Space Ghost: Coast to Coast.
