Let's take this Italian car and go for a POV driving of its 150 ponnies on the highway cruzing. Multijet engine with 150 hp and 6 speed manual transmission. Car was born 2007.
Such car can be bought for less than 3k EUR nowadays - what a bargain!
Nice, ride, direct steering but I would choose 2.4 JTDm every time :)

Very nice POV video and cool looking interior. And wow, almost 300 000km, high mileage alfa :) 159 is definitely one of the most reliable alfas if taken care of well, perhaps one of the most beautiful ones as well. Mine is at around 120000km and I have the 6-speed qtronic auto gearbox. Very good cruiser and has lots of low rpm power for the city as well. On the highway ~2000rpm at 140km/h.

@@themorronshacks Yes, 1.9jtdm 150hp. It is imported from Italy with the full service history. Also has a rear parking camera and xenon angel eyes headlights installed.

Alfa used to make and sell great cars when they were very active on the market. They still sell good cars but general prices are pretty high for a base model too. I suggest you to find a late trim model year 2010 with 170 hp for a best test and comparison with a early model. I daily drive a Giulietta Turbobenzina 170 hp which is the best of its C segment and then mine is the same MiTo QV engine. 👍🏻👌🏻🐍🍀

If you're asking about sound deadening, meaning "reducing noise inside", I highly doubt it. Mine has this same engine, it's fully stock and it's unbelievably quite inside. I used to have speed warning set to beep if I crossed 180km/h, as driving on empty highways at night I quite a few times drifted from my cruising speed of 150-160km/h to not so police friendly speeds without even noticing it. (Eventually turned it off as it was startling me all the time).

@@packo555 2.4 200 ili 210 не съм го пробвал, но съм карал 2.4 по старите версии и са много приятни за каране. Този движи добре, но ако искаш да дърпа и да те кефи трябва ремап. 2.4 е по добрия мотор за това купе, но и харчи повече

В сравнение с немските коли, как са като здравина, на всякъде чета че имат много проблеми с окачването и електрониката, знам че алфа се купува със сърце, все пак не е тойота, но не бих си взел нещо което ще ме оставя често на пътя. Благодаря предварително!

Да окачването им е по слабичко , т.е по често се налага смяна но пък не са нещо скъпо което да те откаже от покупка. С електрониката не мога да кажа но като цяло 159 с дизелов мотор не бих ги определил като ненадеждни, по скоро трябва да се подбере добре гледана.

Good viedo, thank you. I am going to buy 159 with engine 1.8 mpi. Could you please tell me about quality of sound serial radio system? Is it good? And what about seats? In 1.8 mpi it is hard to find car with leather. How you can describe matrial seats. Is it good quolity and good looking? :)

Alfa use very nice quality materials inside (above average quality) serial sound system is good however not something superb. Why 1.8 mpi? It is too weak alfas should have some good heart under the bonnet ;)

@@themorronshacks I prefer a car with simple engine, without turbo. I would like to add LPG. So I have only one option. I am using a car in 70% in the city so diesel is not the best engine. 10 seconds to 100 km/h it not bad for me :)

Wow, you said up to 8l/100km range ? That's just over 2 gallons per 62 miles or around 30 lousy MPGs !!! Such efficiency is pure garbage for modern 202x Turbo Diesel with only 150hp...I swear my '02 5.7l Camaro will get close to this if I drive it in 6th gear😂 and many US cars surpass that with gasoline motors today with more horsepower. And what is up with that driving on the shoulder?

8l is with a driving style like your petrolburner will need 15-20 at least :) Calm drive this can give 5-6 l with no problem

For sure and I'm not one to get many miles out of my tank either, but it just bugs me my old Chevy can even get in the neighborhood of this car's fuel numbers. 5l/100km is acceptable I guess.

Não gostei do video porque vi o condutor sem nenhuma experiência realizar uma ultrapassagem pela direita, fora da faixa de rodagem. Um mau exemplo principalmente para os jovens que gostam de assistir a este tipo de vídeos. Estes vídeos deviam ser protagonizados por condutores experientes e com consciência cívica. Este condutor devia ir novamente para a escola de condução. Vergonha. 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
