Alfie!!! Eat local honey, it helps with hay fever because local honey is produced by local bees who use local pollen. Injesting the honey will make your body used to the pollen.

Just a quick warning, the pollen parts of the flowers that you bought Zoe are known to be poisonous for cats, not sure if it would be the same with dogs, but perhaps cut them out just to be safe?

Alfie - it's best to take the tablets everyday for a couple of months (before the bad season starts) and continue throughout to get an immunity in your system against it. Taking a tablet randomly helps a little but much better if you build it up taking it daily 👍 I pretty much take it all year round but I'm pregnant so can't this summer 😫🤧

My hay fever used to be so bad so I started the injections a few years ago. Now I've almost finished them and I haven't had a single reaction this year, neither did I last year, and it´s so amazing!

For hayfever.... If you like honey 🍯 Try sourcing out some local honey produce & use it everyday however you like, on toast, in yogurt... It really helps x

Hi Alfie, got everything turned on of course!! Try having local honey as I have awful hayfever but got some strong prescribed tablets but the local honey helps as the pollen your allergic to is near by. This way you can try to build up a little immunity to it. Xxx

alife, you should get fexafenoden or however, you spell it. I have really bad hayfever all year round and this helps me so much. you just get it from the doctor and trust me it's so much better because the ones you buy over the counter are extremely diluted so there are much better xxxxx

have a spoon of honey regularly from a heath food shop from your local area and this will rid hay fever ! the honey has to be from the local bees though so its the same type of pollen of something from your local area

Eating local made honey can help with hayfever. The bees collect from the local flowers so you build up a resistance too it
