In today's video our resident shop owner of the infamous EPIC BMX ( / _epicbmx ) Phu Vu, his son Max Vu( / maxvutang ) and professional BMX rider ( / ethancorriere ) convert this vintage Mongoose Super Goose from 1984 and strapped up a Swytch electric bike conversion kit on to it!

I had a set of revenge double walls that held up beautifully and im a husky, sketchy street and park rider. I put them rims through hell and back

I’m totally getting this kit. That’s not a Supergoose or Team. It’s a Motomag. Supergoose would have 3 holes in the brake bridge and both the Supergoose and Team have a one flat side on the inner upper chain stay.

The pedal is slanted. It's ok 👍 sick bike build. To make the kit better I would say using magnets for crank sensor would give clean slick look.

Not to preach, you know your things.. But when tightening pinch bolts on cranks and stems where there is 2 bolts, please please please, tighten one a bit, the other a bit and then add proper torque and tension to each.. Alternate the bolts you're tightening. This is to reduce metal fatigue and stress fractures it's a real thing, especially around pinch.. Again, no preaching dudes.. just from a material understanding ✨

when you buy from epic bmx they dont give you any stickers from the manufacturers that your would receive otherwise. they keep that shit and sell it on their counter. on some real shit thats foul. youd rather buy from manufacturer
