After hearing this sermon it is a reminder that we need to study GOD'S WORD EVERY SINGLE DAY 🙏!!!!! WE ALSO NEED TO TAKE INVENTORY OF OURSELVES FIRST. Hallelujah Hallelujah! Preach young Preacher the truth. Amen! I loves listening to this Preacher, he is honest and speaks truth according to God's word. Amen. I have a dear friend who encourages me alot, but sometimes he displays some shady behaviors that causes me pains, I cares for him very much, and respect him alot inspite of his behaviors. Sometimes I have to tells him the truth, and its hurt me very much to tell him. He thinks I'm aggressive and controlling but life experiences have taught me to be strong and focus. We are not communicating right now, but that alright, I means him well. If it's God's will we will communicate again. He's my friend for life. Please help me pray for him, he is a formidable person. One thing I look at in the story of david and bathsheba is that david was married to sauls daughter who in the previous chapters mocked david for dancing. David was alone and bathsheba as well sonce her husband was out in battle. Uriah allowed his work to get in the way of his marriage which is commendable but also that he neglected attention to his wife. Imagine in her shoes her husband is away for sometime he comes home and doesnt even pay attention to his wife, let alone tends to her needs. Paul mention this in corinthians on not allowing satan to interfere with your marriage. David again abused his power and couldnt handle the current situation with his evil wife.

13:00 the revelation of David’s taking Bathsheba (sp) as rape bc of the power dynamic is profound. I’ve NEVER heard that mentioned with this story in all my life. This word is absolutely timely due to the many offenses going on from the pulpit where Nathans are absent and pacifying the “Davids” of the church. I could say some names but I won’t but this is exactly what Larry Reid has been addressing for the last year (at least).

This is somewhat of a sad statement (either about me, the churches I’ve been to or both) but ASBC is the only church I’ve found that their overall message is to have/cultivate a relationship with God/Jesus/HolySpirit.

Daryl I feel exactly the same. I found this church via a recommended video in December- the message was Selah. I watched not expecting much from a young minister. The lord surely led me to this church for a reason and season. I have drawn closer to god through watching his church every Sunday. The saddest thing is I can never be a member when I live in the Uk and even sadder that I’ve been a Christian all my life and I haven’t experienced the word like this church hears from god, puts the link to the real world and now makes me wonder if I’m more baptist than Pentecostal! I’m very much in the same mindset as you! And the presence of this church has made me better!!!

Daryl Palmer Daryl thank you. I hear them mention on Sunday service but I guess I’ve thought “what’s the point?”...but if god led me to the church there’s a reason why.
