HI thanks you for your comments. I think you need to bring this to the attention to Alhambra Guitars in Spain. Your comment has come through to my website. I am based in Australia and I import and I sell Alhambra guitars as well as many other brands here in Australia. So can not help you claim warranty in your local country. So what I suggest is contact your local store where you bought the guitar with the guitar's serial number and make a claim . Otherwise contact Alhambra directly with the serial no and photos of the problem since they take quality control very seriously and therefore offer a 3 year warranty program. So if there is a problem you consider is a defect contact Christophe Ravie who is the International sales manager or Silvia Canto his assistant and they have a team of luthiers who will evaluate your problem and help.

@@Pierre-d5c Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for your serious long answer!!! The warranty covers only, break of bridge or something like that. Nothing more they said. The sound they say is on its person ear...and the extreme high action...the 7 and more mm in 12fret of 6th string needs extra money for luthier and work. So i have now different strings to minimize the problem with sound first for high strings that have very low sound and the sustain is almost not there at all, bass and middle sound like plastic and i mean it! Anyway, i done some work on the nut on the bridge , i mean a lot of work, so now i am at 4.5mm action from 12th and i have to fix the intonation on g string since all changed with the lower action which is not really low 4.5mm. Anyway, the same job and work has to be done with much much cheaper classical guitars and sound much better. And how to tell that the sound sounds like plastic and that the action is really high? they will tell me the same i guess. That its on my opinion about the sound and the high action to go to a guitar luthier. Also g intonation really bad . The good thing is the guitar has great fret work, nice appearance but no way to play music or for an audience. Sounds bad. I will buy a cheap guitar and i will post videos. I am disappointed cause of the brand quality and cause i had in my mind at least a better sound than my 60euro guitar sevilla. Okay its cheap guitar from Alhambra but how come all say good things but me have noticed all that?The in-bow is visible easily also. Imagine when i play with this guitar whatever i play needs special movements to hit the notes correctly, to make it have more sustain, to make the guitar sounds warmer and especially b and e 1st ...like muted ..so i have to learn to play this guitar and so u understand u are focused more on to make it sound good than playing the piece. I will never buy again this brand. Extremely disappointed and there is no way out except to lose money and sell less than i bought this guitar..if i am lucky and sell it. Also the guitar has a serial and a card that i registered my name? Can i sell the guitar and the new owner change the name? Lots of problems with this guitar. Anyway since i cant do anything to change this guitar i will play until i sell it. And in general stores with guitars ask more than 130 for a work that is more than to calibrate a truss rod which only the truss rod costs 30 euros. To return a guitar or change is impossible. Only with visible damage if it had before u bought, which could be only a broken without glue bridge as i know or neck. The neck in this guitar has in-bow more than it should be , and especially a classical guitar must be in good condition cause classical or even flamenco are extremely hard to play. Anyway , thank you again for the info, but i know i am stuck with this guitar until i buy another one.
