One of the best recordings of Raag Durga. Ever. In any form instrumental or vocal music. Nothing has ever come even close, and alas it doesn't look like anything ever will.

Durga is such a pleasant peaceful meditative raga! In the hands of the maestro it is like gilding the lily. The purity of sound transports one to another world!

Ali Akbar khan saheb plays one of the favourite raga of his father Baba Pandit Ustaad Allauddin Khan Saheb. One of the greatest musician of all times an also Guru of Ot. Ravi shankar
