Drill 1a: Boast, Drive, Drop, Drive
Drill 1b: Drive & Boast vs Drop & Drive (2 shots each)
Drill 1c: Same as above but you can choose to play 2 shots or just 1 shot. And you can play Drop or Boast randomly at back and then Drive or X court randomly at front.
Drill 1d: Same as above but when player Drives at the back, the player at the front has to try to intercept the volley with a volley back deep.
Conditioned Games:
1. Continuous Length Game Rallies
2. Length Game with a Kill (To 7 points)
3. Length with a Kill and any Volley Short (To 11 Points)
4. Full Court (To 11)

Thank you so much for this upload. Could you please try to explain how difficult it would be for us amateurs to take points off of this guy?

Very difficult indeed for an amateur. If any top pro were to play the amateurs they would be able to ready almost every shot they hit meaning that they walk on to balls and subsequently make you run everywhere on the court or they can just kill it away instantly!

He was telling me what the next drill was. So he could then try and volley my drive whilst he's at the front 👍
