Ali Jaber is a journalist at heart, a communicator in essence and an aspiring human.
His official titles are: Group Director of the Middle East Broadcasting Center, Dean of the Mohammed Bin Rashid School for Communication at the American University of Dubai and also happens to be Mouin’s Father.

ومناصبه الرسميه ، فهو مدير عام القنوات التلفزيونية في ام بي سي ، وعميد كلية محمد بن راشد للاعلام بالجامعة الاميركية في دبي ورئيس الهيئة الاكاديمية في معهد دبي للتصميم والابتكار
وعضو في مجلس دبي الحكومي للازياء و التصميم .
Sarde (noun), [Sa-r-de]: A colloquial term used in the Middle East to describe the act of letting go & kicking off a stream of consciousness and a rambling narrative.
The Sarde After Dinner Podcast is a free space based out of the heart of Beirut, Lebanon, where Médéa Azouri & Mouin Jaber discuss a wide range of topics (usually) held behind closed doors in an open and simple way with guests from all walks of life.

I spent years researching, reading and watching interview, reports, etc. about Lebanon for my documentary Enough! Lebanon’s Darkest Hour. I must say as a journalist, I found this interview, and the stories that Ali Jaber shared here, to be one of the most fascinating, informative, factual and uninhibited interviews I have ever watched. Mr Ali Jaber is an icon of free and fair media ✊🏼. Also, Bravo Mouin, interviewing your internationally-accomplished media icon father would not have been easy, but you maintained momentum and focus which enabled me as a viewer to be compelled to continue to watch. Medea you had the hardest role to support without interrupting the flow, and you did it with class and professionalism. Bravo to all. May we all continue to remain focused on the long-term objective, and Mr Ali is right, their time is coming to an end, so let’s limit the casualties as we slowly march down the path to liberating Lebanon and returning it to the hands of decent, ethical, honest people who care about their people. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🇱🇧❤️❤️🇱🇧❤️❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Great interview. Ali is a sensible person, extremely smart, focused, funny, and a great leader. A pleasure to listen to. I had the pleasure to meet Ali in person on several occasions, in Beirut while visiting Zkak elblat, at a mutual friends social gathering.

In a very short time sarde have become one of my favorite podcasts and so far this is my favorite episode , Mr.Ali jaber I have always admired his opinion on TV but never knew what was his background and now I’m aware of some and this man is a genius and a real model …. I had the opportunity to meet Ali a couple of times given that we work in the same kind of industry and have friends in common. I truly enjoyed watching this episode because of his insightful and informative outlook on the overall media industry In the region. His realistic yet hopeful views in regards to Lebanon were refreshing to hear. It’s these kind of educated and humble people that Lebanon needs to allow Lebanon to prosper again.

It's the first time that I see a video on KZfaq without any negative comments! Mr. Ali is an inspiration to all of us in Lebanon, He said that we lack leadership figures, But I don't agree with him because he has what it takes to be a great leader.
