That's crazy! He said other states invited him to come to their states to do the performance. Invited..not asked for himself. I understand why he declined because it makes perfect sense. Also crazy because when Monique did her comedy special at a prison which was an all-female prison, she told them some inspiring things and whatnot. The bigger picture though is money. Less people in jails = less money for the state. And yet other states invited him to come to their states. smh I enjoy his comedy. I am late regarding knowing him and his comedy.
