My father died on July 3rd, 2023... I had to sit front row watch my worst nightmare play out in front of me. He was my rock. He was the extension of me. Any & all success I've been able to achieve was because of him, he taught me how to run my business and my brand. I grieve daily, but more importantly I grieve publicly for those who may not know how to continue on with their lives after a deep loss. I hope my art can be used to inspire you to keep moving forward, no matter what you may encounter along this journey we call Life. Fly High. 🎈

I remember seeing a video of Ali and his dad in a car going across the desert. It's been a while since then but he's always supported him. Seeing how big Zay and even Elijah has gotten and rest of his family also having to "wear a smile" the same way is crazy. the creeping and looming dark thoughts and figures getting closer as he was encumbered with the reliving of loss/grief. To see him deal with the distant relationship with his mom in "Yolanda" on the last I ain't sorry feels like this same vulnerable vain unfolded and multiplied. For it to be the first anniversary of his dad's passing and country celebration of its independence Ali has to be amongst it all while mourning his own independents a type of loneliness. Thankful for this Man and his works❤ respect and gratitude always bro.
