Bruno Lopes Pinheiro I was thinking, after re-watching this, it was probably the other way around, this movie was released in 1988 and the the Buffy series started airing in March of 1996, the original Buffy movie was released in 1992, so this scene predates The Slayer fights by a long shot...so, who knows? It probably inspired Buffy's character..

What makes Alice the best in My opinion is she knew the risks and was still Willing to fight him. Nancy may have started all of this but she really didn't understand everything. Kristen didn't know the risks of Freddie

@@moneylover318 Kristen would have had to die, just to make that happen, as that was the only way she would be able to transfer her dream power. Also, I dont think Nancy would have received the power, as she was an adult and was only killed because she was lucidly apart of Kristen's dreams.

Missed opportunity here where they established the studded wrist band. All that was needed was one cool massive backhand from Alice to Freddy's face to cut and make him bleed and show him look a bit more afraid, that would have been cool. It was not hard to do. Should have done it.

3 isnt a masterpiece either an contains one of the silliest moments of the entire franchise with freddy skeleton lol also the ending betrays the entire plot of the film about kids banding together to defeat evil the evil is beaten by a doctor lol also nancy dies like a total moron as is though its a pretty good horror fantasy film an the best sequel but not one of them come close to the original .Each film has a different style an tone dream warriors is horror fantasy dream master is a popcorn movie dream child is a gothic horror freddys dead isnt even a horror film its a loony tunes zany comedy new nightmare is a stand alone meta film thriller an freddy vs jason is a monster mash b movie

I love Buffy.It was my favorite tv show for a long time.And I know that she's pretty cable of kicking asses. but I don't care if we're dealing with Buffy Summers, Superman, or Jesus.If Freddy Krueger gets in your dreams, you will die.Now, If Buffy somehow got Freddy into the real world, then it'd be more of a fight.That'b be pretty though to call, but i'm leaning more towards Freddy because of his glove and immortality.It'd be a decent fight, though.
