Tu connais Michelin ? Do you know Michelin? It is a French multinational tyre manufacturer based in Clermont-Ferrand in the Auvergne région of France. It is the second largest tyre manufacturer in the world and it was founded by two brothers, André and Edouard. This is part of the series about famous francophone people who changed the world.

Merci pour cette vidéo et pour toutes tes vidéos. Je suis Allemand et j'habitais 6 mois en Clermont-Ferrand, mais à l'age de 2 ans, c'est à dire, je n'ai pas de souvenirs. Alors, je ne connais pas vraiment cette ville. Mon père a travaillé pour Michelin à Homburg / Saar, et aussi 6 mois à Clermont-Ferrand. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas appris le francais à l'école, maintenant je suis un débutant à l'age de 50 ans. Merci pour ton aide.

Alice, I am a subscriber to your website at a B1 level and love your work but especially your Marie et Médor à Paris . Your work with the white board and storytelling is truly brilliant and inspired. I sincerely believe your work with Marie et Médor à Paris and the white board is a type of channeling of Saint-Exupéry and his drawings in Le Petit Prince. You have truly captured his very rare spirit in your drawings. EST-ce qu'il y a les descendants de la famille Michelin? C'etait tres interessante. Sont-ils inventees la voiture avant Henry Ford? Et les pneus Michelin Sony tres Connus la aux etats-unis.

un bibendum auf deutsch ist ein "Michelinmännchen". Viele LKWs hatten eins als Maskottchen im Führerhaus angebracht. Siehe dict.leo.org/forum/viewWrongentry.php?idThread=206609&idForum=15&lang=de&lp=frde Danke für dieses interessante Video!

Ah, ah, c'est vrai, en anglais la prononciation est différente comme pour Tintin :-))
