The ashworth case is pretty cut and clear; ashworth slipped up and revealed his communication with Manure while working for NUFC, him revealing his contract and details surrounding NUFC`s compansation to brighton would obviously gives NUFC the right to remove him from their systems so he cant see what NUFC are working on while he is on gardening leave when its clear Ashworth is going to a rival. Its pretty obvious why NUFC wont give an inch when it comes to Ashworth, if Manure wont pay then NUFC can put a stick in the spokes of a rival and have Ashworth on gardening leave until 2025. Simple as that .He agreed to such when he signed and accepted higher wages as compensation. Man Utd should have approached Newcastle before they did Ashworth. That is the rule.
