The better a club knows what to achieve (objective) and how (strategy), the more accurate a job description for a coach can be designed. Recruitment should do the rest. Besides, a long term staying coach consists of several contract extensions to control the risk of an inadequate performing coach. In short, structure, competence and planning are the key success factors for a club. Finally, the transformation process at MU with EtH is outspoken negative. Ineos is qualified to do the job, but should start from scratch and plan long term (as they assessed).

I am ETH in, but I wouldn't want INEOS to keep ETH because of fans' ever-changing opinions. If they ever sack him, I would want it to be done through a fair and thorough assessment of his tenure. It's just my personal opinion that it would be better if ETH stays for at least another year cause there is currently no good, experienced alternative manager in the market. Tuchel? Bayern fired him, while Chelsea doesn't want him back cause he tends to fall out with his players and the board. Flick? He's going to Barca. Poch? He hasn't won anything major like ETH. McKenna? He had an impressive Championships run but got no PL experience, and MU players didn't rate him during his time at MU. Not to mention the youth progress has been great under ETH and I would hate to see that gone in another manager's tenure
