Kehlani has an old soul, wise beyond her years. I can tell by the way that she is so grounded that she will be good for life. 💜

When Alicia Keys said that she found her power and she didn't have the strength to tell people no for herself because she wasn't that important to herself, that hit me. Food for thought for sure. Sometimes we want to keep giving and to keep pouring, not really recognizing when we need someone to pour into us or say yes to us. Her baby empowered her to make better healthier decisions for a her daily life.

Alicia dropped a real gem 💎 when she talked about inheriting other people energy and believing they are your own when really they are not. That was beautiful and resinated with me personally.

Man, I love hearing Alicia talk. This is crazy. Like this woman was out way before social media and the only times we used to see “get to know u” moments were in magazines or 106&Park. This wild yo. She was killing radio, holding her own wit the greats and now we get to hear, just her, man it’s wild. Idk if she got a book but I could listen to a “finding and understanding self” book by AK. Her voice is just so calming and just get u ready for a day against the world lol but, the music be so captivating and powerful, not your traditional R&B.
