I have a question, can i use the VR mode function, but with a Oculus Quest 2 instead of the vr googles?

Can you use a vr headset with the potensic atom se?

Does dji fly app have this option? I've never noticed or even thought to look for it while flying my air 2?

Question , I purchased a Holy Stone hs900 I'm looking for a way to use cheap VR goggles with this drone HS has their own goggles with a hefty price Tage as you may All ready know the app for the hs900 does not have a VR mode forcing you to purchase their goggles. Is there a 3ed party app to get around this ?

You should be able to use any Bluetooth remote to do what you were saying about being able to click buttons on the phone with the goggles on. It is a little weird with the vr goggles on though, you kind of have to close one eye to see exactly where your cursor is on the screen and might struggle with areas in the center of the screen sometimes (that might depend a bit on the goggles too).

This is all fine BUT, you do not mention ANY of the APPS used that has the VR BUTTON. Any suggestions?? Thank you in advance!

Keith, I bought a Bwine F7 about oh 8-9months ago. Don't know if you ever reviewied, but first they have the best customer service ever. I emailed and asked about using FPV , and my "Friend" Betty said just the VR in the app. Well I had an old set laying arround, and well I''ll be darned. First thing I returned the $ 500 buck Fat Shark. Second you do need a chair as you get disoriented. It's not an all day thing and 3rd I had my son be my VO. It's tricky not seeing your controller. I had to keep cheeting. But I now always try the VR on any Drone. Did anyone figure the Blu tooth on phone. ? Steve

I have a Mini V1 that I fly using a VR headset. I now have to see if it has a VR mode. I just have a quick question ? I have been looking for the cable between the radio and phone. I have a very short cable and I have to hold the transmitter near my phone on my headset, does anyone carry a replacement cord that is longer, 3 or 4 feet would be great to have . I don't know why I haven't tried flying with those VR goggles as of yet? I'm sure it's a great experience, but one of these days I'll try it out. For now I'll stick with VLOS. I just had this idea from Game of Thrones where they can get inside the consciousness of a bird and control them from the ground (Wargs). So cool to see that something like this is actually possible lol.

i had a corsa vr drone that came with goggles which you slid your phone into and it duplicated the image to make it appear like you were flying FPV (camera point of view but with the sensation of depth perception d/t stereoscopic vision "L/R images". it was the worst thing ever. its was basically a BS FPV experience. its basically samsung gear vr that uses your drone as the video pass through. if you want a real FPV experience (its incorrect to refer to it as VR as its not a virtual or synthetic environment) get a real FPV kit. not only does the pilot have almost zero situational awareness since they are relegated to only what the camera sees but they are also unaware of the drones orientation relative to their physical orientation because again they only see what the camera sees. having a spotter is only so good because in order for them to watch the drone they may not be aware of obstacles moving from behind like low flying planes cessnas etc. @7:13 sounds like you want something like the touch interface on the last iteration of the "gear VR" All that said now if you want something REALLY cool then you are looking for an AR headset coupled with the drone camera so you have a drone that has augmented reality functionality. i could see that as being something that would be utilized by police depts/which use drones.

this is obviously a paid promotion because the vr glasses totally suck. don't waste your money. however, the drone is actually pretty good so far.
