I always take out a dispute direct with ali express when I have issues with a shop and get my money back. It also depends on the individual shop you order from to the level of service you get❤

I’m so sorry you’ve had problems with AliExpress. I also don’t understand how they ship orders… Their process. And that some things were out of stock?? I attempted to place a large order with one store, and when I got to the checkout process, the shipping was almost greater than my order. It appeared as if they were getting things from different stores as well as the shipping prices suddenly changed per item, so I opted not to buy them. A few days later I went back and my cart showed different prices so I only ordered a few things. I’m still waiting for them. I still don’t understand how they get everything to you in one package when you place multiple orders… anyway… it’s definitely a gamble. And sometimes we lose…. I’ve heard it’s extremely difficult to get refunds. Giving you a coupon… yeah. Not cool. Again, I’m sorry. I’m glad at least that what you got was decent.

Yup, ya gotta be careful. Seems like some stores are repeatedly 'problematic'. & when you receive responses worded the same & calling you dear; that's actually a robot spitting out a response. I suggest filing a dispute to get refunds for items you didn't receive. Long as they haven't claimed you receive the stuff, you've got a chance. If it marked as delivered tho- you're basically screwed cuz then the require 'proof you did'nt receive it. Good luck w/that!😐
