i didn't include how i did the blurry images but you can do it on picsart just add the 'focal blur' and 'hdr 2' effect on your images :)

Why won't my Cube Effect won't work? Well if i put it, The other layer becomes black and the layer i put my effect on has a white shade? :(( I was looking forward since i just got my alight motion advanced
