Camera Objects - Quick Reference - Alight Motion

By placing a camera object in your project, you can animate panning and zooming around your scene, or move backward and forward on the Z axis to create a feeling of depth! You can also take advantage of focus blur and animate its parameters! And with fog, you can simulate a thicker atmosphere, partially obscuring more distant layers.

Ok. As an After Effects user for 5 years creating motion graphics, now I can say that this app has great potential! Layer parenting was a must and now it's here! Camera objects were only a dream, and it's here too! Thanks for this! (Also, this voiceover is amazing!)

could correct the following bugs: -Fonts cannot be imported in current versions -Groups lower the quality in the preview and sometimes affect the export quality Thanks 💙

Please correct the groups, it does not matter that they take 5 seconds to grow but that they retain 100% of their quality

Hello! Re Fonts: Do you have "Imported" selected? If that is not selected, then imported fonts won't appear in the list. If you do have that on, do you get any error, or does it just fail silently? Could you please contact support@alightcreative.com and let them know? Please follow the instructions in the automatic reply to reach human support. About Groups, please let us know more information about that as well. To improve performance, you may this if is the group is very heavy, but this should not affect export quality. Please make sure to explain this in detail so we can start an investigation thank you!

For groups you can just make a shape on the top of the grup then go to blending > mask

Hi! So I’ve been using Alight Motion quite a while now and I really like it! The only thing I have a problem with is reversing videos and slowing them up and down. It’s really hard to make velocity or sometimes the speed just turns choppy. I think you should make speed graphs like in other apps and a setting for reversing videos. I think it would really be so much easier and convenient!

I prefer the previous version which is not too lag when editing or exporting, because in this version I feel a very significant difference in lag, although there are some new effects that help but I prefer Alight Motion which is not lagging 🙏

Please add 3D camera point of view, x, y and z rotation, scale, position. I know how hard it is to do it, but so many apps have this feature. If Alight motion bring it, I'll certainly not need to use other apps to complete my edits. And I forgot to say, thank you for your amazing app! 😍❤️

I love editing in alight motion, but I'm new to the app, but I was learning, with the 4.0 update, my videos aren't exporting right, can I change the editor version? I find it much easier to edit in alight 3.8.0 (I don't remember if that was the version I used)

The "low quality preview" is still not the same as the previous version, the preview makes my Alight motion lag😔

Hello, alight creative team. Some of the features I'd like to see is some kind of video time remapping or twixtor. Increased performance for devices lower than the recommended Ram. That is it for now, I wish for the team's reader's and your team's safety.
