This video is too cute! Its nice to see them joking about instead of getting asked the same boring questions they get in every other interview like "are you competitive?" DUH. Wee bit in love with Alistair.

@J0rgan Tis true, he said before he thought it would be possible to run the marathon at ironman at 5.30/mile.... running 6.30 would have felt so slow to him, couple that with the 6 hours racing before hand!

Macca dropped out because he was toast; it's not like anyone including him has ever run 5:30 pace for the whole run. He wasn't going too slow, rather he started too fast. That was my point.
