In 76 starts, Alistair was on the podium 50 times and won 36 times. We chatted about his career, the amazing work of the Brownlee Brothers Foundation and the upcoming @T100Triathlon Alcatraz.

He's only had a couple of weeks run training, think the bike course will suit him, he's going to go all out on the bike, he'll probably come off with a lead and then be caught half way through the run.
