To be honest, CC is amazing, but I think Boston is amazing in her own right. I haven't seen any issues with the two of them, even if the league is against CC. Instead all I've heard is that Boston is the best teammate for CC on the court, and someone supporting a person when a lot of people are against them goes a long way off the court as well. She might not be the star of the team, but I think CC can do as well as she does because he has a person who actually supports her.

She got a bit of what I guess you could call hazing, due to the bizarre and unprecedented level of fame and attention she got as a college player entering the pros. Michael Jordan probably didn't get this much in his first NBA season, and he had a huge Nike contract going in. (He also waited years to win a championship--that may be true for her as well). But the people screaming about how persecuted and despised she is by other WNBA players--get over it. She has gotten all the recognition and respect she deserves, and she does deserve it, but so do all of them. The Caitlin Clark Effect is that people start to realize the WNBA is full of brilliant athletes, some of them better than Caitlin currently is--maybe not than she will be in a few years time. But it's not the job of every other player in the league to make her look better, boost her stats. It's their job to further their own careers, and help their own teams. And I've never before seen people behave this way about a team sport--try to make it all about one person. Maybe I just wasn't paying attention before now, but it seems weird. And a bit--needy. Also cruel. Caitlin is already rich and successful--many of them are still struggling to make it. She's difficult to stop, but so are other players, and yet ways are found to do it, and as long as they're within the rules, that's cool. And if not, she gets free throws. Which she always hits. Just shut up and let the girls play. All of them. That's what Caitlin wants. But hey, who cares what she wants? Not some of her so-called supporters, that's for damn sure.

Crazy to think that she has said in interviews that she likes passing better than taking threes. Funny thing is, people came to see her shoot threes, and got a clinic on passing.

The Olympics lost out. Caitlin Clark is known worldwide. What a great representation she would have been. But, then, again she could have went and got injured and be out of the season.
