@@billiestevens318 Her numbers are following Seth Curry's and Michael Jordan's and BOTH of them agree on that. She is doing this with 2x as many blitzes as the ENTIRE WNBA COMBINED. She faces more full court coverage and double teams that the rest of the WNBA COMBINED! Not twice, but still. CC's TO rate/game has halved since her teammates actually expect to get the ball. DID you watch the game, those behind the back, both directions, would have bounced of the hands of her teammates in the first 15... hardest schedule and top ranked teams... games, NOW as Boston says she used to be amazed when a ball bounced off her chest with a pass she thought was impossible and now she just expects them and catches them. Jaw ON THE FLOOR with the MIC!

THIS is HOW you accept accolades and compliments. With humility and with deference to teammates. That is what true leaders do. They do not go off on victim-mentality, racist rants like Aja Wilson does any chance she gets. Talking about privilege--when she grew up in the suburbs and went to private school. YAWN. This is why everyone loves Caitlin and she is so marketable. She is the face of the WNBA. Period.

CC is an INTP. You can tell how she fidgets while mentally processing her time there. She's trying to process her team stats, assigning blame and credits, then filtering her judgments in a way that is neutral and constructive to the reporters. She's thinking of 3 things at the same time.

The officiating reminds me of the nfl. They call fouls that arent fouls . And the ones the don't call they should have. I'm not saying this biasly I'm looking at the league not a team. Or a game . Just an overview . This what i see. Gambling? Trying to influence ratings and or public opinion? Just an old man that never watched the women play before. Its one of the reasons i don't watch the men either. I also see a kid who isnt the rookie of the year she is a Phenomenon. More like a movement. She is the most valuable rookie ever to come into the league. She is the most valuable asset the WNBA owns right now. That equates to the Most Valuable Player of the Year. She and her fan base have hijacked the league in less then 1/2 a season.😂😂😂 and her coach and GM impede her from achieving even more.

Why are we talking about A'ja? She's a fantastic player, there's no dimming her shine no matter how much you might want to. It's got nothing to do with how Clark and Boston are growing into great players themselves.
@OldBadGamer614
@OldBadGamer614 Ай бұрын
@@gummybeer119 I won't put her down but let's say you switch the roles around a bit, put AJA in Indiana and Clark in Vegas, that has an absolutely loaded superstar team with greats in every position. What do you think Clark could do with that team firstly and secondly, how well do you think AJa is with all the pressure in Indy without all those stars besides her to keep the defense respectable? No knock on AJa, sure she would still be a good player, but she most definitely would be nowhere near the player she has been on a star studded stacked roster.

Critics: “But how about Caitlin’s Turnovers?” Well, she’s even ELITE in that area. She’s among the elites in that turnovers also. Here are the top 6 players with the most turnovers in NBA history: 1. LeBron James 2. Russell Westbrook 3. Karl Malone 4. John Stockton 5. Kobe Bryant 6. Jason Kidd Here are the top 5 players with the most turnovers in NFL history: 1. Brett Favre 2. Eli Manning 3. Drew Brees 4. Vinny Testaverde 5. Peyton Manning I’ll take the turnovers because it comes with the territory when you have the ball in your hands that often. Caitlin will get better with the turnovers. I CAN’T WAIT for her first ZERO turnover game!

@JohnAWPBFL LeFlop takes more than 10 minutes of play on average per turnover. 22 is barely more than 6. To compare the two is insane. No one male or female has been close to being the turnover machine 22 is. Ever

listen to how bored the announcer is... Monotone... Most assists in league history...blah, blah, blah...Caitlin Clark... First question for AB... (I am excited for AB by the way - amzing game) but I get the absolute feeling the coaching staff really are disappointed by these feats. I know the team lost - I get it - but they do the same thing after wins. And the coach will say things like this is a franchise record - like thats more important tha breaking the overall league record....Bizarro. Yes Caitlin had 6 turnovers - but can these girls start practicing hitting wide open threes and open layups??? This happens kinda frequetly in this league from what I have seen - though I only began wathcing this league this year.

She didn’t take a shot the last 6 minutes of a close game even when left wide open, but no, she wasn’t going for a record in a game her team needed to win… Give me a break. The Iowa teams won 3 straight big ten championships and 2 straight NCAA title games despite having no ranked recruits outside of Clark. She has won plenty of games. The problem with the Fever is they are a bad defensive team. Yes, that includes Clark, but Smith might be the worst or certainly one of the worst big defenders in the game and Mitchell is way undersized. It's hard to be a good defensive team when 3 of your starters are poor defenders.
