I’ve been watching y’all for a while now. I’m a college raising sophomore and I just want to say lexi, this was not your fastest race but it was definitely one of the best I’ve seen you run. You had that fighting until the last part of the race n even then u still fight. Keep working hard it’ll get better.

Lexi is doing amazing she just needs to get out faster and attack the first the hurdle hard and fast. I’m a sprinter and your block start is the most important part of the race.

I promise u that Philly is a whole vibe lol my family is lives there. But when u said it’s ancient, reminds me of how my mom (who was born there) said she would never live there cuz it “looks rundown”. Downtown Philly is definitely “scary” at night but during the day I definitely can walk around there and feel like I’m in Boston.

Her footspeed is not the issue. She having some rhythm issued in the middle of the race. You can see her hurdle cadence is inconsistent, so she doesnt carry the same speed for each hurdle. Girl will be fine. It will all come together!
