I was born in the Philippines and I had to move to the states when i was young. All my life I felt so outcasted because of my heritage. The only time I felt apart of anything was when I was with my kapabayan(countrymen) and then I had to move for college. What Im trying to say is, Al James music helps me remeber what its like to be pinoy. His music makes me feel the warm breeze that comes from the pacific ocean while Im sitting with my family around a table playing cards and theyre drinking coronas, red horse, san miguel, and everyone is just having a goodtime. Al James thank you for making music that helps me rememeber my roots. I promise when I am able, I will return to our homeland. Pero kung gusto mo alam, sobrang lasing ako paré.
