North Africa was never black, always been berbere, Arabs are a minority. Hard to understand for you but it takes a certain level of sophistication to cross the Sahara desert.

They were taken from the south to North Africa by Berbers centuries ago, if they are indigenous to the region so are the Moriscos and other foreign groups

The Tuaregs were Caucasian (this doesn’t mean white skins to all you confused Americans) and moved south less than a thousand years ago. Their ancestors were depicted in mosaics as tannish brown and much lighter than individuals we’d classify as black todays. Many mixed with Sahel populations and became darker. That’s why Tuaregs with tan/lighter skin exist because some of them didn’t mix with outside populations
