well in theory they could but enel would have the upper hand here. Since a conductor automatically becomes a magnet and the way Eustass kid uses the magnetism mostly to attract just everything magnetic this would be way easier to replicate for enel who can output and precisely control huge voltages of electricity. Eustass kid however would have a much harder time to use magnetism and conductors as a generator and create the high voltages of electricity enel uses and they exert the precise control over it. But to some extent yea they could. And Enel basically has shown that the also can do what that Gold devil fruit user can do.

Definitely the tremor fruit but I wouldn't be surprised if Teach awakened his fruit not long after he got it. He's smart AF and knows a lot about devil fruit in general I'm sure he knows how to awaken one plus the whole his body is different thing and his dark fruit being extremely different than other fruits especially other logia he probably knew how to awaken it after eating it since it seems like it was practically made for him but I can see him struggling a bit more with the tremor fruit

Choppers fruit is proven to be partially awakened though because the rumble ball forces the awakening. Its only called "partially awakened" because he does not have full control of it and needs to resort to the rumble ball to convert to his awakened form only for a short period of time

@@nick2053 That Chopper part is just headcanon regardless of what you want to call it. Nothing you said has ever been confirmed in the Manga or by Oda. The only thing we really know is that Chopper manipulates his devil fruit with the rumble ball and that's it.

Songoku is most likely awakened fruit..seems like human human god fruits, gives you a certain property and the awakened formed turns you into that god. Which makes you think that Chopper's fruit is most likely a god fruit, since having multiple transformations has to mean more.

Unfortunately I don’t think Oda fleshed out awakenings early enough for it to make sense for WB- especially since we see Blackbeard come in and use WB’s powers in all the same ways immediately after getting them.

It's Dream. Not Dawn. All the prominent D members have a great dream. BB talked about it in Mock Town. He said people's dream never die. Luffy has a secret dream. Zoro has a dream of becoming the WSS until his name reached the heavens. Sanji has a dream to find the All Blue. Nami has a dream to draw the world's map. Usopp has a dream to be a sea warrior. Chopper has a dream of studying all medicines. Ace, Sabo, BB, Roger and so many more, they all have dreams which are highlighted throughout the series. It's obvious that it is the main theme. The Dawn is just the time where all their dreams will come to end and they make it a reality, just like we sleep in the night and dream then wake up in the dawn to make our dream a reality.

while I disagree with a lot of things on this list, that one point does make sense imo. Even though Luffy is not yet used to his awakened powers, and will surely become much stronger in the next arc, he was already strong enough to beat Kaido with his untrained awakening. None of the other characters, who are not yet used to their awakening powers, would be able to do such a feat. The thing is, that Luffy's Devil Fruit is just OP, and as this video ranks the powers of the avakened devils fruit users (aka the user + the devil fruit + the awakening together).

Katakuri folds lucci. He’s a big zoan type. He’d get clapped quickly. Incase you are forgetting luffy never beat katakuri he is basically still undefeated. He only lost because he stab himself right through the stomach. On top of that this was whole cake island katakuri. If you take current katakuri who lost his first battle he’s definitely gotten stronger. No way i see katakuri staying the same level. Especially with pudding getting kidnapped. Katakuri is much stronger now and i even argue current katakuri can take on zoro and sanji in a 1v1

A hitman Cipher Pol agent who ate the Jackson Chameleon zoan fruit. A Puffer Fishman based on Choji from Naruto. A Tonatta that ate the Tick Tick fruit they can steal haki of others

They're Logia users and we have yet to see a confirmed Logia Awakening in the story. And both Paramecia and Zoan Awakenings are extremely different, so we don't exactly know what a Logia Awakening would look like by comparison. So its hard to be sure. They definitely could be, but we don't know yet.
