Honestly one of my favorite Michael moments is during Pam's art show. Hardly anyone complimented Pam's art, but then Michael stopped by near the end of the show and was so impressed by Pam's art that he wanted to buy it. I'm pretty sure I almost cried during that part, and it's definitely the most memorable moment for me. As much as I love Jim, Michael really was a fucking great character and imo the show didn't really feel the same without him.

Poor Andy. His character was utterly slaughtered in season 9, with all his relationships ending, character development being reversed, and likeability being erased.

I think Kelly is underrated. She speaks her mind most of the time, stands up for herself and others, she is usually a teamplayer, she is not afraid to stand up against absurdities and she can be dangerous when she plots against others. Yes, she is self-centered, annoying and naïve and that's what makes her so wholesome and interesting.

Maybe he wasn't in enough episodes to make top 25, but MOSE stole EVERY scene he was in. Mose as the valet for Toby's car in the finale and driving it straight into the cornfield may have been the single funniest quick scene in the entire series.

You can’t ARGUE with me, Creed is the best character. I mean the man didn’t even act, he was just being himself. And the fact that they used the actors name. Michael is funny and all but like every SINGLE thing Creed said throughout the show was legendary!!!

Michael and Dwight are obviously the characters that make this show funny throughout. They are the guys producing the laughs and anchoring this comedy. The majority of laughs are created by the other characters either interacting with Michael and Dwight or reacting to their antics. Then you have Jim and Pam who are the emotional center of the series. Then you have minor characters who can create their own laughs (Kevin, Creed, Meredith, Daryl) and characters who are great at reacting to the antics of the funny characters (Angela, Oscar, Stanley, Phyllis). Great Show, I laughed so much

I'm amid a rewatch now; just finished season 8 and figured it was time to try making my own ranking: 1. Michael - for all the reasons you said 2. Dwight - my actual favorite, I always enjoy him on screen 3. Jim - his relationship with Dwight boosts him for me 4. Pam - for all the reasons you said 5. Oscar - love his rational perspective, know-it-all tendencies, plot threads, and interactions with his fellow accountants 6. Angela - since I'm a huge Dwight fan I'm also more invested in Angela 7. Kevin - for all the reasons you said 8. Stanley - I adore every moment Stanley gets to shine. since he's so generally apathetic it's gold when he does get excited. 9. Darryl - great development over the seasons, as you said 10. Holly - I love how much of a dork she is 11. Creed - shines every moment he's on the screen, as you said. but there's not enough Creed content, imo, to put him higher 12. Toby - for all the reasons you said 13. Phyllis - she's honestly a pretty average character in my head. she's the person I most medium suspect. she's got a perfectly average amount of great moments 14. Erin - her naivete is fun at times but a little annoying other times. pretty good development and plot lines overall 15. Andy - agree with you, not a big Andy fan. the moments I root for him are the moments when it's so obvious that I'm supposed to root for him. he sucks in season 9; not looking forward to rewatching that aspect. also the Andy x Erin plot line is hard for me to watch and brings both of them down but especially Andy. it's like the writers were trying to recapture some of the Jim x Pam storyline... very little of it lands for me 16. Jan - for all the reasons you said. Dinner Party is Jan at her best (i.e. her worst) 17. Kelly - she's awesome whenever she shows how much she likes and cares about her coworkers. but she's so annoying when it comes to Ryan. guess that's kinda the point... 18. Meredith - the original sex-crazed character. she comes in above the rest because she's got the best total character development and feels the most real. I'm not a huge fan of the type of humor she brings to the show but overall I like her. 19. Roy - for all the reasons you said. love that he immediately roots for Jim x Pam as soon as he finishes trying to kill Jim 20. Ryan - imagine how you'd feel about Aaron Burr if he never sang Wait For It. that's how I feel about Ryan. ambition without any virtue to back it up. all talk, no walk. irritates me from season 5 onward. i have always loved andy SO MUCH. s9 broke my heart. i've watched the office around 9 times but only watched season 9 once to get to the finale.

The Office topics on your channel are by far my fave. Showed them to my wife the other day and we even made our own list and saw how alike/different our taste our and compared them to yours. Have some similarities and some big differences with both you and my wife lol.

Andy is one of the characters I have a hard time placing. He has some really good memorable moments. I feel like with many of the characters it’s more some of his later story arch that bothers me most.

Here are my top five favorite characters from The Office and why I love them so much: 1. Dwight Kurt Schrute- Dwight is a stand out character for sure. He's done some very over-the-top but still hilarious things in the show and overall has a very weirdly charming presence to add onto The Office. He is a very unique character and I think his character has changed quite a bit throughout the series, but in a very good way. He was always selfish and sometimes conceited, but I think towards the end of the series, we got to see a more vulnerable side to him that I really adored. Dwight Schrute did have a kind heart, even if he didn't always show that properly. I think his relationship with Angela also added onto a lot of his character and in a good way. The way he reacted to finding out he was a father was so touching and cute. Overall, Dwight was just a phenomenal character and VERY IMPORTANTLY, he was played brilliantly by Rainn Wilson. If anyone else were to play him, I think I would like Dwight much less. 2. Michael Gary Scott- Oh, where do I begin? He was so awkward and cringe worthy, but I don't think that was even a bad thing. He was hilarious and clueless and very self-centered at times, but he had such an adorable soft side to him. He had good intentions and a kind heart and always wanted to make sure he put smiles on faces. In the end, he gave some of the most heartwarming and hilarious moments of the series and for that, I adore his character. Steve Carell was perfect for this role and I couldn't imagine anyone else playing him. 3. James Duncan Halpert- I think for the most part, he is likely one of the most normal and relatable characters. He's a hilarious prankster who has a very kind heart. The relationship he has with Pam is pure and adorable and the way he always goes out of his way to make her happy proves how good of a man he is. He apologizes when he knows he's in the wrong and is willing to admit when he is in the wrong. He made a great husband, a great father, a great prankster, a great friend, and an overall great character in the series. John Krasinski was made for the role of Jim Halpert. 4. Pamela Morgan Halpert- Like Jim, she is, in my opinion, one of the most normal and relatable characters on the show. She has some very memorable moments. She is in some of the most heartwarming and tender moments on the show. I like how throughout the series, she came out of her shell a bit and also became more assertive. She's just a great character. She is talented and kind and funny and amazing. Jenna Fischer was impeccable as Pam Halpert. 5. Andrew Baines Bernard- I have to admit that I enjoyed him much more before seasons eight and nine, but I didn't necessarily hate him in seasons eight and nine either. I just think he got a bit meaner, which made me mad. When he was first introduced, he was a bit of a kiss-ass (and he kept that part of him throughout the series, I think) and at first, it took a while for him to grow on me because of how much of a kiss-ass he was, but as the show started to progress, I began to realize how friendly and just downright adorable and sweet he was. He had a lot of funny and awkward moments and even got some time to let his musical talent shine as well, which I thought was incredible. I really liked Andy in the finale though. The rit-dit-dit-dit-do moment was ADORABLE and when he said the famous line, "I wish there was a way to know you're in the good old days before you've actually left them," I felt the true emotion behind that. In the end, I think that as much as his character changed and not exactly for the better, I still have a soft spot for Andy and all of his quirks and talents. Ed Helms was perfect as Andy Bernard!

I can agree with most of this list but I really felt that you should have included David Wallace and Karen Filippelli over characters such as Clark Green and Pete Miller. Clark and Pete were literally there for only 1 season, while David Wallace was there from early on making appearances and even Karen arriving alongside Andy Bernard in S3. In my opinion, they were robbed of their spots on this list!! Also should have included Mose and Todd Packer, at least as honorable mentions. But, I can respect your list. Good Video!

*Exhales Andy Bernard was first introduced to the show as a villain or as Ed described him," The butt of all the jokes that he didn't understand. He was meant to not come back after anger management, but the writers loved writing for him so much and loved Ed Helms so much, that they 100% changed him. He was even offered a new name. Then he turned into a very lovable character, enough to make him manager. But then, something happened and they brought back Nelly as manager, which was total bs. Then the downfall of the Nard dog happened. The sailing trip, Erin dumping him, him turning into a more selfish character and kind of repeating Michael antics, to the actin and music career, which I don't understand at all. They completely ruined the character that was so loved in the matter of a couple episodes. Him stepping down as manager, "Sit here and cry," but at least he got to speak at the graduation ceremony at Cornell.

When everyone is watching the news about the police capturing the scranton strangler, everybody notices that Toby is there, and I know that the same car that the strangler uses is the same car that is sometimes parked in the parking lot but nobody acknowledges that to notice that creed isn't there and at the end of season 9 creed gets arrested and also creed is wearing a lot of real blood and doesn't notice that it's Halloween until fake Pete says "I didn't know that everyone dresses up for Halloween every year"

Michael Scott is a prime example of someone who goes through lots of changes throughout the entire show. In the beginning, Michael is shown as a selfish person who wants to have the cameras on himself the entire time, will not care about other people's feelings, even if he hurts or offends them. But he leaves with his true love and changes. In the last episode, you can catch quick glimpses of his new life with Holly. Not to mention his emotional change would be a crime as well when talking about his character. In the beginning, he tries to be the funny guy, but as the story develops, he becomes much more caring, loving, and accepting. Purely out of opinion, I do agree with this list for the most part.
