Well, its a little more complex then that. If they have witnessed him committing a crime, they would be justified in attempt a citizen's arrest. During this citizen's arrest, they could have a case for self defense if they could demonstrate that was what happened. But the bottom line here is that they didn't witness him committing a crime, and they cannot use whatever it is they find out he may or may not have done in the past to justify their actions.

The property owner reviewed his surveillance video and testified that Arbery did not take anything from his house under construction and believed he stopped there to drink water from a faucet on the property. His surveillance video caught many others visiting the property including children and a white couple. In addition, the property owner testified that he did not give permission to the McMichaels and Bryan to step onto his property (they also trespassed) or confront Arbery. All they had to do was mind their own business and this tragedy would have been avoided. People need to stop making assumptions.

Im so glad in my heart of hearts that justice was done, especially in the deep south for this horrible atrocity, and also the law being changed in GA , I pray every night before going to bed, that we can all live in a peaceful place no matter of color, we have to stop seeing red and blue states, we have to stop seeing color first, We should judge each other on character, not assumptions, on conduct , not appearance, We all live everyday with the same goals…..to provide for our families, and we all have the desire and pursuit of happiness intertwined in our lives as a whole. Lets start treating each other decent, I will close with this, Ask yourself this before you judge someone……What Would God Say About That? **Justice For Ahmaud Aubery**

No, aubery thought he was above the law. He was a life long criminal and convicted thief and potentially stole a gun out of one of the defendants cars and was chased on foot according to chest cam footage from one of the officers. They were trying to detain him, and he was trespassing. And he could have waited for the cops to clear his name. Instead he sprinted and then attacked them, and none of that would have happened if he wasn't regularly in that exact neighborhood, again trespassing, when they were having issues with theft. This is what started the rage that led to the looter arson riots from the race grifting marxist blm idiots. they caused billions in damages and killed 36 ppl last year, and now the christmas parade massacre. Oh and btw, something everyone conveniently forgot. A black nationalist sniped 2 old people at their sons grave in a grave yard in response to this. he was hunted down and killed in the woods nearby. Did you hear about that? NO? interesting. thats 2 innocents for 1 criminal. lets keep stats shall we. I won't forget. we won't. if you think this settles anything other than the propaganda trope lie factory account of last year, you would assume that because thats all you know. And that is why the media that incited all of this, is complicit in death, destruction, and marxist revolutionary mayhem, which the covered for while lying about these cases top to bottom. wake up. your ignorance is no excuse. the christmas massacre was in response to the innocense of the one guy who actually defended the rights of his friends property and that of his own life, against a racially animated hate mob, a marxist one, and every last one of them were criminals. all of them.

Knee that the dad was involved with his case when he and his thugs robbed a strip mall store in broad daylight. Knew that he was convicted of bringing an illegal gun to school during a basketball game. Knew that that neighborhood had cameras and a neighborhood watch possie for a reason. Aubery stole the defendants gun. He stated that to the cops that showed on film. They knew him. And chased him on foot prior. And all they wanted was justice for this criminal. Not to shoot him. He attacked them. Thats how it was and is. And it is you who are misinformed. By propaganda that filtered each blm case this badly if not worse and then covered the riots as peaceful when they started by burning an entire apartment building down in Minnesota. Do you remember that first one? The first full scale blm riot. One they couldnt attempt to blame on others while looting en masse. David dorn was defending his friends property just the same as kyle. Guess what the difference was. Did you watch davids passing? How the looters stepped over his corpse to continue looting, one threatened the boy filming with a gun for complaining. Did you see it? Look. If you think im wrong. Indulge me. Research it. You utter malignantly ignorant clown. Your entire community is the useful tool of truly evil ppl. And were you smarter, maybe none of this would ever have happened in the first place. Did you think of that? Lol personal responsibility isnt in your conceptual universe though is it. Or logic. Also you use the word "Would" treat the opposite race ? Does that mean you don't treat the opposite race with love and compassion because you feel your race is not treated correctly in America , How so? By opposite race do you mean , Asian , White , Hispanic? I would say I treat all Americans regardless of race how I wanted to be treated , some call it the Golden Rule. That's with kindness , respect and politeness . Never any malice , I also treat other people's property the way I want my property to be treated . I would never take someone else's property , invade someone's property or damage someone's property , I would only defend myself if being attacked. I think we shouldn't see race . that just divides . I believe there are two types of people Good people and bad people , The good people should be free and the bad people locked up.

None have ever said they were treated badly because of their race . It sounds like you have to move to an area of the country where people don't have such prejudice. I am not sure what your American dream is . I think that if you are well educated you can becomes just about anything you want in this country regardless of skin color but I do think race relations are worse today than they were in the early 2000's and that's because people point out race all the time when race shouldn't be a factor. The news media pushes White privilege and White Supremacy constantly . I know of no White Supremacist terrorist who Don Lemon says are the biggest danger to the country but see no evidence , Lebron James says Blacks can't leave their homes without being hunted but the stats show that 80% and higher are killed by other Black people . I would say the government has done nothing to lift up the Black communities in many big cities , Trump tried but didn't get the cooperation of the democrats or republicans . The prosecution were a very humbled, qualified and professional team. The way they presented their case shows that they believe in a fair and just system and that even the victim deserved a fair trial to whom they represented. We need to see more of this in order to root out racial injustice.

This system is stupidly evil and doesn’t serve justice, it serves interests and agendas. Since we use the Bible in court our country genuinely ignores and disobeys the 10 commandments openly lmaooooo When everyone wakes up to the pure evil in these people and country things will change.

@@bwalla50 You made several grey-area claims there, versus my direct quote. The burden of proof lies on you sir. I'll need links to proof that Putin is running the GOP, what "Democracy" is ending, and proof of racism. I can quote what Joy Reid has said on NBC concerning these trials, but I think we both know you won't like that. Her comments fly in the face of this ruling, and that glaring contrast is confusing at best. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. God Bless hard working, Constitutional loving Americans.
