I rank them from best onwards in the order they came out. Identity; Supremacy; Ultimatum; Legacy; Jason Bourne. If I rewatched them all, I could imagine switching the last two, but the others are pretty much locked in.

I just watch the first four and had a complete blast. Wow they are so good. The next one i will watch is jason bourne so is it bad or it’s just less good than the others ?

1. The Bourne Ultimatum- maybe my favorite action movie ever 2. The Bourne Identity 3. The Bourne Supremacy 4. Jason Bourne- if this wasn't a Bourne movie it would be a great action movie. I really enjoy watching it, but the shaky cam (this is the only franchise that does it right) isn't quite as tight as it used to be, and it's just not quite the same. 5. The Bourne Legacy

Probably one of the most controversial rankings out there: 1. The Bourne ultimatum- a great action movie with a phenomenal ending. The sequence at waterloos station with the reporter is one of the best scenes in any action movie. 2. The Bourne legacy-this is really close with identity but I give it the slight edge because it has the best premise in the franchise. The only problem is it not having a sequel so there is no real payoff. Renner did great and the government figures are actually interesting. A great survival story. 3. The Bourne identity- a decent move with an amazing performance by Damon. The problem is it mishandled the amnesia mystery. If we didn’t figure out what was going on midway through the movie it would be number 2 for me. Also I didn’t really like how the whole story is based on a misunderstanding. 4. Jason Bourne- a good movie that lacks the narrative mystery of the previous 4 5. The Bourne supremacy- this is extremely controversial but I have never thought this movie was very good. It immediately kills off the best part of the first movie (Marie and bourne’s relationship) and then Bourne goes off kills Ward and then nothing happens. I figured out the main mystery way earlier than someone was supposed to. It was so obvious. The movie has no payoff but unlike Legacy it doesn’t have a good premise or mystery. I can have a good time with all these movies but I know people that swear that these are the best action movies of all time and I don’t think it comes anywhere close to something like Mission Impossible (besides Ultimatum)

Bourne Franchise is my number one favourite franchise and I do think that with just the original trilogy it would have been one of the best franchises of all time. my list is exactly the same as yours. supremacy is such a great movie, never get tired of it. the opening scene when marie gets killed is amazing, probably my favorite opening in any action movie. the way he intentionally gets caught to track them down. they're just about to get started looking for him and he's already tracked them down and is across the street with a sniper rifle.

Ultimatum is by far the best bourne film, but I am super biased because I have so much nostalgia for it. I recall going to the theaters when I was only seven years old or so with my mom after she originally showed me the first two films on DVD when I was even younger, and being so excited after liking the first 2 films so much to finally see one in theaters and having that shared experience with my mom who showed me the first two movies and just loving it

The Bourne Supremacy is my favourite. I think it bests humanizes Bourne making him recall some of the horrible things he's done. I love everything in Berlin "she's standing right next to you". I like the addition of Joan Allen and pairing her with Brian Cox is excellent. The final scene where he confronts the Neski girl is genuinely heartbreaking and Damon is fantastic. I am shocked you put The Bourne Ultimatum at 3rd place. The original trilogy is all great, but Ultimatum to me is just a step above the other two. It feels like the most complete movie: action, characters, emotion. I love Identity and Supremacy but to me there’s not a weak moment in Ultimatum. One of the best action movies ever. One of my all time favorite series 5. Bourne Legacy - It's solid as an spy movie but it just doesn't have the vibe that the rest have. It's just oddly forgettable. Jeremy was great though. 4. Jason Bourne - the plot felt so rushed and half assed just so we could get a new Bourne movie out. It has great action but that's all really. 3. Supremacy - The first 10 mins and the final fight are probably my personal standout moments from the series but the rest of the story just feel like its so slow. 2. Identity - Amazing. It kinda feels like they could have cut a few minutes off of it and had a better bad guy but amazing none the less 1. Ultimatum - Not a single moment of this movie is bad.

When you've defined in careful detail exactly what an acceptable film should contain most films will be far from perfect for you. Bourne Legacy is an excellent film. The entire Bourne series is.

I love the first three films, but I'd have to rank it like this: 1. The Bourne Ultimatum (feels the most complete and it comes full circle. It's the quintessential Bourne film. It has the best action, best character development, and the best Jason. Overall it has everything) 2. The Bourne Identity (I love that this film is probably the most different out of them all. Jason can't remember anything so he seems more human, his skills only manifest at reflex. I will say the film feels more like a love story at times which bothers me but the film is great. It really sets the tone of the old Treadstone days and how different things were back then in the agency. More wild west and rudimentary) 3. The Bourne Supremacy (I know people love this one and I love it too, it just feels the most lacking out of the first 3 films. It's also the shortest and it feels rushed to me. You get Abott's confession like a little after an hour into the movie and the rest is just...a car chase. That's the end of it....good film but it feels like it lacks substance a little bit.) 4. Jason Bourne (it has its moments but it feels very forced at times. Like it didn't need to exist. The action is....okay I guess aside from a really cool car chase scene in Vegas but the CEO of a huge company/CIA spying on citizens plotline felt a little clunky, plus they had to kill Nicky just to give Bourne motivation which felt weird to me.) 5. Legacy (a little boring for me, feels like a spin off even though it does tie in with the main storyline...idk this one doesn't do it for me)
