It’s safe to assume all gen 6 Pokémon and all Pokémon that mega evolve will be in the game

If its just the Gen 6 national dex then id be happy since I got a shiny Gengar in Violet so ill finally be able to get my shiny Mega Gengar!!

Now that were going back to Kalos and Megas returning, Please Give Flygon the mega is was robbed of in gen 6

We still have plenty of time for another to be announced. I doubt they're gonna go a year without releasing a game. Other games have been announced during E3 time (May-June) so they can still drop Unova remakes on us.

I think there may have been a “faithful” Unova game in the works back when BDSP released. Then the feedback started coming in and they went back to the drawing board and decided to save it for the Switch 2.

I Don’t think people should just assume that evolutions are going to be there because regional evolutions exist and it might change like in hisui

even if khu knew a codename. It basically means nothing. What use is a codename? and it could have been a codename for whatever game. Why are people still putting up with this nonsense

I think we should only count pokemon we saw in that teaser and their prevo’s only considering we have regional variants that can pop up at any point in their evolution route

I’m guessing some people might try to shiny hunt or breed Kalos shinies or their favorite mons with access to megas and have them ready for home but I wonder will Oras megas be included

I still find it weird that only Nintendo of America commented on it being entirely in Lumiose City, like I think the Pokemon Company said that it would "start" in Maire City i.e the Japanese name of Lumiose City. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I saw ariados, kangaskhan, noibat, and scolipede in the trailer

considering every single eeveelution was in the trailer, and how kalos was the last reigon to get a new one, i have reason to believe that were finally getting the dragon type eeveelution, completing the collection of all special type typing eeveelutions

Anyone else thinks that the game will let players travel underground via catacombs? Or even if any Pokémon will spawn in the catacombs? Either way I don’t mind so long as I can catch Watchog in the game, that Pokémon will be on my team from start to finish

If you're locked into just Early Lumiose, I'm curious where you'd catch those Pokemon. Will they be gifts? Is there a catching area in the game? Lot of questions on my mind.

Dragon is the only “special” typing eeveelutions haven’t received. Also Fairy is good against it, it’s also immune to the dragon like umbreon is immune to espeon.

Near the end when Talonflame flies up there's a tree and I think it's Noivern that can be seen flying in the upper right corner.

When looking up Ikkaku's meaning I got; I[一] = “One” and Kaku[角] = “Horn/Antler,” I also got block and enclosure.

To be fair, the segments that make up the digital number 8 are the same ones used for Zygarde. I have no idea about the 8th but I think he warned us about that one.

I saw pinsir and heracross in the trailer in the scene after the aegislash and sylveon battle

As did with PLA, I'm expecting to see all Kalos Pokemon, and all Pokemon capable of Mega Evolution

I think it can be safely assumed that all gen 6 pokémon are going to be in the game, and possible all the pokémon with mega evolutions, but might as well mention the ones I saw in the trailer; -I'm almost entirely sure I didn't notice any barboach or whiscash in the trailer, but I know for a fact that there were Skrelp in the water; -I think there was a Tentacool BARELY visible underwater as well, specifically under the Gyarados and Magikarp. I only figured it was a tentacool because of the two bubble orb things on it's head; -There's a female Meowstic walking with a trainer in the background of the Aegislash and Sylveon fight. Might be hard to catch because it's white; -Heracross and Pinsir are quite visible in the trailer, so I find it kind of odd they weren't in that list; -I'm very sure Pangoro and Pancham can be seen in the trailer very briefly near the end, but just look odd because they're shown as white. Pangoro a fair bit behind the Bellsprout, and Pancham is the small little white Pokémon walking away from the camera after the Onix. -There's an Ariados clinging on to the side of a building as the camera is flying into the plaza; -A Noivern and Noibat can be seen very briefly flying in the top right corner around that same time; -In that plaza, before the camera flies up too high, you can see what I'm almost sure is a Tyranitar next to a Pyroar; Could be a Kangashkan instead, but assuming that the colour of the pokémon are based pokedex colour (or sometimes type), then it's more likely to be a Tyranitar. Also, "Zet A" is probably just supposed to be their japanese way of spelling/pronouncing "Zed A", like how loan words tend to be pronounced a bit differently in different languages (Like how "Idol" is written "Aidoru")

Heracross and Pinsir were also in the trailer if I remember rightly so they should also be in.

The fact that I feel like Pokémon is making the game as though it’s a parallel universe-like vibes is awesome! Have anyone thought of how the game itself look like the movie Tron legacy…. A mirror universe! And that random symbol mentioned looks like a mirror like universe, if you draw a line horizontal across it, it looks like the top part is luminous city sky line and then the bottom part like exactly like the top

What I think is breeding will be there in PL:ZA. Why I think is because PLA was in the past where people started to understand Pokémon and hence at the time of PLA no one would have thought of breeding them. PL:ZA by the looks of it, it is happening in a future Kalos and should be having breeding.

Pokemon go had a questline titled from A to Zygarde. Probably doesn't mean much as it just followed the same alphabet play on words, but I thought it was an interesting fun fact.

I hope Dragonair & Dragonite get a regional form similar to how Sliggoo & Goodra got Hisuian forms in Legends Arceus. Also, I hope Mandibuzz and Whimsicott return in Legends ZA because they should get a regional form similar to how Braviary and Lilligant got Regional forms in Legends Arceus.

If we get a new Eeveelution, I would think it would be Dragon just because we are in the year of the Dragon. Just a guess

It would've been great if the Zet A was interpreted as Zeta when it was transferred over to the English versions. Zeta's symbol as an uppercase letter in the Greek alphabet is a 'Z', which would've fit in nicely with 'X' and 'Y'.

What if we got a gen 2 or gen 5 remake announced with the switch 2 which maybe why the Pokemon presents was so short this year?

If the “urban redevelopment plan” is similar to the Paris redevelopment plan in the 1800s we are looking at a timeline possibly set around the same time as Arceus. Curious about how this is going to work. A Kalos set game definitely came from nowhere. But makes sense considering how that Gen has been ignored since X/Y, didn’t even get a 3rd installment/sequel like the others. Regarding starters, I’d say it will be the Kalos trio, or else a combo of previous starters like Arceus did. Personally I’d like to see ya get a starter that isn’t a traditional starter, like Rioulu or Litleo or the elemental monkeys (who aren’t currently on the switch).

So I have a theory about the trailer for Legends ZA ( btw I also kinda figure out the Zygarde thing like its the colors and the hexagon pattern so if were wrong there it would be funny ) if you notice at the start of the video there is a star top right corner same star from the logo of the Treasure of Area Zero and then before following Pikachu noticed they teased the star bigger on the screen just for a second! Could this mean they are teasing the so called new legendary we didnt get for S/V for the next game ? Food for thought, see you tomorrow bro

This could be a VERY big stretch. But i wouldnt be surprised if pokemon dropped a trailer or someting for a BW remake late spring/early summer and have it come out late this year. With all the delays thats been happening, it would be a good reason why they didnt have it in the presents just in case. Just a thought

Gen 5 remakes are absolutely nailed on for late 2025 imo and likely still on the Switch. This year felt too soon whereas next year it’s the 15th anniversary like Gen 4 with BDSP, there’s lot of Unova nods in the games, and will almost certainly be handled by a different team if not studio entirely (likely ILCA again) so will be unaffected by development of Z-A and coming out the same year.

The official Japanese pronunciation is a pun. Typically when they add the letter Z to a media franchise name (e.g. Dragonball Z) they pronounce it as "zed," but in this case, it's a reference to the Greek letter Zeta, hence "zet," combined with the English letter A, thus "Zet-A." It's also a reference to the fact that X and Y never got a true Z game, which they're correcting now. Also also, Zeta is the 6th letter of the Greek Alphabet, which is another reference to the fact that this game is set in the Gen 6 region of Kalos (which itself is the Greek word for Beautiful)

9:31 zetto (ゼット) is the Japanese pronunciation for the English letter Z. When read in Japanese the game is still called Legends ZA. The anime XY&Z had the same pronunciation for the letter Z

In regards to the "Zet A" thing what if this was a clever way of low-key naming this entry "Pokemon Legends: Zeta"?

There’s a confirmed 205 Pokemon. All 72 Kalos and the Pokemon who can mega evolve. Plus the noticeable ones in the trailer. There were also some colored silhouettes I couldn’t tell. But I believe I saw a Red Arrokudda looking Pokemon…. I might be wrong.

Just checked out of curiousity and "ikkaku" (Japanese) translates to "narwhal". That definately means nothing in terms of the game itself. Probably someone at Game Freak just sugested it randomly.
