Absolutely love the food truck idea! Did you have anyone that came around & picked up plates/trash afterwards? Or did the guests just take care of them theirselves?

Guests took care of them into trash mostly, but we did have people at the venue who helped clean up!!

Did you pay a fee to rent the truck, and then additionally for each meal cause when you said you paid for half up front I was wondering how that worked

Thanks for answering my questions. That truly helps. Question: Do you have to get a permit from the city to have food trucks on the venue property or does the venue handles that? What about insurance? regarding injury, food poisoning and etc.
