He started a program called Evangelism Explosion. Sometimes people visit a church when they are at low points in their lives. If someone filled out a visitor card, I got to go with an elder to visit them. Dr. Kennedy's program taught me how to present a salvation message. It's a rude awakening to see the sad conditions of people living without Jesus. Some people accepted Jesus. Some came into a church. Almost every Christian church was filled to capacity. That was about 35 years ago. Many of those churches are closed today. Others are barely hanging on. I'm a shut-in, but I wish I could go out today. We have a message from Jesus that could help people...Dr. Kennedy knew this.

Did you ever think that maybe it's because if one were to actually research study other "official" secret/sacred books (pre-bible) on history... there, the actual truth lies? Not to mention... actually PROVEN to be true. I do agree, when read correctly, the bible def. does contain the most important sacred knowledge. But it's Allegorical. And when read correctly... appreciated 1000 X's more. And it certainly does not make their eyes and hearts closed.... but their eyes, hearts & minds completely opened. Keep in mind... Spirituality and Religion are not the same thing. In English "Jesus" works for me, God knows every language. If you speak Hebrew or any other language, his name in each language is fine, he knows.
