I had same issue and had removed 2, when asked to Doc for the solution, denied that there is no any solution for lipoma... But I am reducing it with individual proper food and nutrition....

@@Gaurav_Bharali I had paid Rs. 2000 in the year 2006 at Guwahati, but the growth of Lipoma never reduced it was growing upto 100+ all over my body, offcourse it is not harmful but it's looks very odd. But I got one of the best solution... Now gradually some of Lipomas are reducing with my proper gene based food as per my Genetic Test... Since 1 year...
