another thing i LOVE about kindles is how easy it is to get the definition of a word you dont know! all you have to do is press on the words and theres the definition

As someone who suffers with dyslexia the kindle is great. You can get the definition of words and the open dyslexic font is so nice to read with as well

Another tip: ❤ if you are renting from libby. You get to keep it for only 21 days max before it sends it back. But .... if you download the books to your kindle and turn on airplane mode. You can keep the books for as long as you want. (They still send back in the 21 days) but because airplane mode is on (so wifi is off) they can't take the book off your kindle unless airplane mode is turned back on. This is a easy way to keep a book for longer then the alloted time

I loved the crave series!!! It’s what got me back to reading after a year of being in a book slump. I even bought my sister the whole series and I was only 3 out of 6 books in. I will always recommend this series. I also love how Tracy Wolff wrote each character. It felt like it was a tv series in my opinion 😊

Oh that is awesome! I bought the Kindle PW back in 2022 so there was only black option and 8 gig space. I LOVE that mauve green! Stylish!! Don’t get me wrong, I have plenty of space still and my Kindle works perfectly still. The green version is just an Awww! I want that.

Literally just got a kindle for the tub and borrowing from the library. I MUCH prefer reading an actual book. I was shook when you said turning the page takes you out of the book. Can’t relate. Your case is super cute though, I think I’m going to get a clear case. Thanks for sharing!

the kindle is gonna serve you for long!! i have a kindle papeewhite i got in 2017 and to this day it works perfectly fine! the only issue is the battery but honestly a kindle battery lasting a few days/a week is not that big of an issue. other than that i’m still happy with my kindle despite its age :)

Oh but there are many pages where you can download popular books for free! I know is not the correct way but in my country is so normal haha like z library or similar pages, that way you can always read for free on your kindle, even if you have the physical copy of the book… that’s what I do anyway, I would never pay again for the ebook since I love having the physical book but I prefer reading them on my kindle 💖 so I can still support the authors haha

Actually, you can wirelessly charge your Kindle even with a case on. I bought the Amazon bundle that comes with the Anker wireless charger, and I have my Kindle charge with a clear silicone case on with no issues.

I love this so much!! I use my kindle as well and have gotten so much more reading done because of how convenient it is. I have a video rec though! I have two cases, one with a holder on the side, and one with a cover. I alternate to the case with the cover when I go outside, and use the one without the case without at home. I have multiple kindles I use at home, or when I’m out. I also ended up keeping one as a back up since it’s now discontinued.

I use to use my phone but decided to get a kindle. All I cared about was it had to have a backlight. I bought an older version for $21 . I noticed I’m still using my phone lol I’m trying to get use to using it.

It can definitely be hard to switch especially when you’re already on your phone for so many things!! One thing that helps me with things like that is just setting reminders on my phone that say for example (read for 30 min on your kindle) so it puts it into my mind!! 💕

i read the physical copy of red white and royal blue and also saw the movie and wow i loved it 5/5 stars for me the movie is 5000/10 for me the best movie ever. i also read the silent patient and the perfect marriage and i liked both books as well

Also, “The Silent Patient”… my daughter (in her early 30’s) talked me into reading that book with her. Twisted genius. I am a fantasy fan, personally, but if you want a brain-bender then than is a book to read.

I literally JUST finished night shift and if it's cause I can really relate to some of the stuff in this book but wowowowowow do so so so so cute 😍🥰😋 5/5 I loved the giddyness it made me feel and the steamy scenes were a breathe of fresh air I can't believe it was a Wattpad book but also I know my Wattpad writers hold it DOWN!

@@HalJones omg I grew up on Wattpad 😍😅 middle School and highschool me ate it up! I think you'll like the book! It's based in a university setting -- super quick paced but it also (at least to me) didn't feel rushed! I'm scared I'm over hyping the book! But definitely worth a read! 🩷

I usually only ever got the 8gb when buying my Kindles since they already hold so much. Since I was buying a Paperwhite again (didn't care for the Basic model as much as I'd hoped), I wanted the green one but Best Buy only had the 16gb in stock so... okay, got it. I’m saying this will no hate, all love… your use of the word “whenever” is sometimes incorrect. “Whenever I bought this” should be “when i bought this” Again, i mean no hate or disrespect. It’s a very common mistake and most people don’t even realize they are saying it incorrectly

love this video, i just recently bought the 10 gen kindle and love it🩷 but a suggestion- need more pauses in between long sentences, it just sounds like you’re constantly talking and its hard to keep paying attention. the video does flow well, but i get kinda lost with the all the edits taking out the pauses/you taking a breath 🥲
