The yarn that you dyed looks like a lace weight animal fiber (wool or 🦙 alpaca or something). It's beautiful! I hope it's colorfast 🤞

What a beautiful piece, I love your work. I was wondering, what would be the advantage of using the prick and pounce method to transfer your design to your material as apposed to tracing the design directly using a light box or taping it to a sunny window?

Prick and pounce is more accurate Kimberly as you aren't initially drawing directly onto the fabric and it's good for materials that you can't trace through easily!
