I have used following CookWares for making this Recipe:
Steel Pan: amzn.to/3DW8KhQ
Stove: amzn.to/2Z3T90w
NonStick Grill Pan: amzn.to/3ASK4oS
Spatula: amzn.to/3G165Wj
🥄 For this Delicious Recipe you will need:
Hash Brown Recipe:
🔸Russet Potatoes: 3 Medium
🔸 Salt: 1 tsp
🔸Potato Starch Powder: A Handful
🔸 Cooking Oil: 3 tsp
👉 Peel 3 Potatoes and grate them using the large holes of a box grater. Add some salt and water on the grated Potatoes. Salt helps retain moisture and will be easier to squeeze out excess moisture. Squeeze out as much moisture as you can from the grated potatoes. You can also use, cheese cloth, Lemon Press or Garlic Press to squeeze out the excess moisture. Form the potatoes into a patty shape or whatever shape you desire. Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium-high heat. When the oil heats up (Be careful to not make your pan smoky hot), then add the patties. Once the potatoes turn brown in color on the bottom, flip them and press down with the help of your spatula. This pressing down is to make sure the potatoes is not too thick in any one place. Your Hash Brown should be ready in 3-4 minutes of cooking.
Scrambled Egg:
🔸Eggs: 4 Medium
🔸Parsley: Chopped for Garnish
🔸Salt: 1/2 tsp
🔸Cooking Oil: 2 tsp
🔸Butter: 1 tsp
👉 Heat up Oil and Butter then break the eggs on the pan. Stir the eggs without blinking the eyes 😊 (It's a Joke). Add salt to taste and Keep Stirring for about 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped Parsley and Your scrambled egg is ready to be Served.
Pancakes:
🔸All Purpose Flour: 2 Cups
🔸Whole Milk: 1 & 1/2 Cup
🔸Egg: 1 Medium
🔸Sugar: 1/8 Cup
🔸Salt: 1/2 tsp
🔸Baking Soda: 1/2 tsp
🔸Baking Powder: 1 tsp
👉In a mixing Bowl, Add one egg and whisk. Add milk and whisk again. Set it aside and take a large mixing Bowl, add in flour, Sugar, Baking powder, Baking Soda, and Salt. Now add the milk and egg mixture to the flour mixture and whisk to form a batter.
Preheat a flat griddle over medium-high heat. I used a Pan and its fine to use whatever you have available at your home. Scoop 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto griddle. Let pancakes cook until bubbles form before flipping. Cook other side until golden brown. Serve hot with syrup.
👥 Yields: 1-2 Person

Why remove the starch if you just ending up adding starch
@SaltandPeppercookingshow

The hash browns will get crispy when pan fried. Removing its starch juice eliminates the stickiness while adding additional powdered starch acts as a breading.

What types of food do Americans eat that Australians find disgusting? “Disgusting” might be going too far, but there are a number of American foodstuffs that most Australians wouldn’t take to, but having said that, there’s always a niche audience for anything “American Cheese” - that doesn’t have any taste and that’s before we get to spray on cheese “Biscuits” - that are actually sort of scones. That “Chicken In A Biscuit” thing of Scones, fried chicken and gravy is very odd, however much they like it in Louisiana “American Coffee” - and we are not even talking Starbucks here, which is at least made from Espresso, but the brown coloured water in a perspex beaker “Peanut Butter and Jelly” - that’s jam right? Horrible Twinkies - for obvious reasons Philly Cheese Steak. Cheese? And Steak?

When confronted with a people that eats pancakes together with bacon and eggs you just have to own nuclear weapons. Its a must. My understanding for North Korea has just grown massively after seeing this outrage.
