There are people who purposely find videos to dislike, especially if it's going to hurt what they want accomplish (you'll be surprised how videos like this can harm other people businesses, especially when it comes to taking care of yourself without buying useless equipments or keep you from needing people who make their money off of you needing them)

I appreciate you mentioning the importance of tendon strength for the static skills, I injured my forearm and both shoulders trying to planche without initial preparation, only recently have I recovered from all that, and now I’m back on the wagon building up to it. I wish I’d known that before, I’d have saved myself several months of consistent injury and re-injury if I’d known.

This was an incredibly dope video. I'm glad you touched on this once again. I agree you on how parkour and the likes are a part of this style of exercise. Honestly I feel like the goal is to pretty much good at it all....maybe not the competition stuff so much because I want a good body before all of that. Would you consider martial arts to be a part of this or just something that includes some of these disciplines in it?

I am going to do weighted calisthenics, because having good muscle keeps the metabolism high. I’ll condition with reps. But i also believe in having mobility too, so I need to do more stretching. Maybe one day I’ll try free style, but I’m already in my 30s so don’t want to risk a quick injury because of one sloppy movement. This was a very good explanation. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Yogi style training mostly practices deep breathing while in difficult positions, so they'll focus expanding the ribcage to its maximum while on a handstand, for example. Whereas others might hold their breath and take short breaths in order to push through. It is very difficult breathing deeply while holding an L sit or a planche; this is their discipline

Interesting that you are mentioning the stretching. I remember some years ago when I saw a pretty good looking old man (who seemed kind of mental) who claimed that you can build really good physics by ONLY doing stretching... He said that you won't gain too much strength from it, but you will gain mass and mobility ofc.
