His voice has no highs or lows just a monotone ai...nobody actually talks at the exact same pitch 100% of the time. Also chuck is an actual actor so he should be able to voice act, suspect this is an AI voice too.

This is weird, because Chuck made them remove F bombs from Expendables 2 if he was going to appear, yet in this he's saying them himself... for a crappy video game? I'm guessing he's just somewhat senile at this point, considering he's in his 80s.
