I really like Scarlet and all of the exclusives in it, but I prefer Professor Turo and some of the features with violet so I’m stuck on which one to buy

I know the Video is over a year old, but i just want to say: In german Prof "Sada" is called "Antiqua" and Turo is called "Futurus". Also the theme he mentioned is easily to see, when you know that "Mirai" in Miraidon stands for "Future" and "Korai" in Koraidon means something like old, but i dont know it exactly

I went with violet solely for the Gigachad professor

We can discuss for hours which indicators lead use to pick the right version for us: Version exclusive Pokémon, the legendarys, the paradox Pokémon, future or past… But deep down we know the only true question we ask before choosing the version is: Oranges or grapes?

I Think ima choose scarlet but I’m giving up the ice cube penguin

Keep in mind these are the differences that have been announced, there will probably be other version exclusive pokemon

I have found, when using pokemon home you can get all the available pokemon even if you don’t have all the games. I got Salamence into pokemon scarlet when normally, there wouldn’t be Salamence.

The reason the academy names are uva and naranja is because it is based in Spain and uva is Spanish for grape which are violet and naranja is Spanish for orange fruit which are orange/scarlet

The differences are becoming so miniscule that I wish they'd do away with versions. If they sold one game then sold you a whole second game later with a bunch more content I wouldn't even be mad. This bullshit with the dlc being separate for each version is so dumb. I'm even dumber for continuing to buy both versions each time. Just gotta catch 'em all...

Just got scarlet two weeks ago and 4 of the violet pokemon are in my game…

I’d pick Violet because Miraidon the hovering ebike ^_^! I still can’t get over the fact that cyclizar is Koraidon’s successor and Miraidons predecessor. The fact that they are basing this game in Spain and they are going back to Kalos. Hopefully they did it that way because France and Spain are close to one another but they still end up doing gen 5 remakes eventually :3 They really put thought into the lore of this game! Granted the past paradox pokemon from scarlet have more personality than the paradox pokemon from Violet :3

I didn't like either game. It was not as fun as Legends of Arceus, Sword, and Shield, Sun, and Moon, X, and Y, or Black, and White. Swords camp was better. Suns taking care of your Pokémon was funner. Mega evolution was better than the new gimmick. Arceus world was smoother the graphics were less glitchy and buggy. Plus the shiny hunting was way better. Sword and Shield's bike was better than the new ride Pokemon you just didn't get to use it in battle. However you can't do it till the end of the game for this one anyways so what does it matter. You could catch a Zapdos on the bike from Sword and Shield plus change the appearance. This new ride Pokemon is not catching anything. The mission and how you complete the Pokedex was a way better concept in Arceus. They had all the tools and lore to add something new and make a great game. They chose not to. Nintendo really rushed the game for money. My love for the franchise is done after this game. I have been riding since the 90's it sucks to see something I really like ruined. It Took me a few hours to beat the game I only used a few Pokemon and it's over. Got a few shinys the sandwich bonuses are nice but the curry from Sword was ten times better. I give Arceus an 8 Sword and Shield a 6 Scarlet and Violet a 2.5 maybe 3 out of 10. If they fix a few things. Luckily for us Nintendo came out and said. They have no patches planned for the game as of yet because nothing is wrong with it lol..........DO NOT PAY $65.39 FOR THIS GAME BUY SOMETHING FOR YOUR HOUSE A NEW BATH RUG OR DOOR KNOB ECT.

In my opinion I would buy Violet Pokémon game because it’s basically future and you can get to wear purple since it’s my favorite color I have a new person or I quit watching or quit playing Pokémon games long time ago so I’m really excited for the new game to come out share your opinions almost there
