The last one is more or less reality 😅 As a German, I can say that Germany feels socially divided into 3 parts. West Germany, East Germany and Bavaria. Our republic is slowly slipping further into a crisis. I'm curious to see how much will be left in 20 or 50 years or if Europe then will be a large federal state or smth

You missed all the endings available via the medieval and early modern time frame. There are pretty interesting options where the Reich successfully centralises instead of devolving into a loose confederation of states, where the church reforms and Germany avoids the 30 Year War, or where the Franks manage to keep their realm together to begin with. ;-)

They say that if Germany've won WW2 we all would've been fucked,but let's imagine how would it look from geman perspective:there would be great Germany from Ireland to Siberia,germans would've drive on BMW's and Mercedeses across the huge country,they would've drink bavarian beer and eat bavarian sausages,in differend cities there would be imperial tricolors and nazi flags with shurikens in the middle,there would be lot's of memorials with the moustached man who assends the arm for 45 degrees,and non-allied nations to germany would've been either slaves or would lay with cutted throats.Seems to be fine for germans & their allies but western european countries did something similar to America,Africa & Oceania,but still livers of metropoles expresses hate to their government.Russia at Easten Europe came to Centran Asia and towards Pacific Ocean,it isn't clear how was Russia treating to locals but Russia's something intermediate between fucked african colonies & advanced european metropoles.Maybe Germany's win in WW2 wouldn't bring so much happiness to germans.

Hitler would have taken territories in the east, no question about that, and maybe some territories for France (besides Elsaß-Lothringen) and maybe the Benelux area, but the British would have probably largely left alone.

Collapsed ending: as Germany loses WW1, they get punished much more severely by the Treaty of Versailles, which caused the nation to collapse in early 1921. Imperial Russian ending: Russia would never fall to revolution during WW1 and would push far into East Prussia and Hungary. While many Austro-Hungarian countries declare independence, Germany would soon surrender starting a new era for Russian Imperialism and German presence. Kaiserreich ending: Germany would win WW1, annexing Austria and parts of western Russia. France would fall to German nationalism and Britain would be the last remaining beacon of the Entente in Europe. Europe has completely changed indefinitely.

Germany issued an ultimatum to Poland in 1939 to hand over Danzig as well as a part of the corridor, in real life they declined, thus triggering WW2, here they accepted it.

We are talking about German endings, not specifically Prussian or Austrian, if Prussia was a puppet of PLC then Austria would likely still dominate with HRE or something else, by those means the ending would be called "HRE" ending, not Prussian Duchy ending and i disagree that your statement should be an ending, fully bias of you
