Well i think in the first ending the protagonist just killed the llama with the car so our protagonist is still alive and the llama died and thats why the first ending is called Road Kill

The hungry lamu is not a llama, it’s a demon spirit trapped in a deceased llama that got resurrected and craves food like every spirit does.

I just realized, the fruit bois and the banana were the people, the dog (aka the banana) growled to Lamu cuz he was warning the rest of the guys and he got eaten, then the people of the camp (aka the fruits) hid after seeing Lamu and then got killed by him, which is why the bodies are near the tree, the bush and the rock
