Favorite ending?

Honestly while I usually do the tde ending I have a soft spot for freedom ending. It was my first ending and it’s the one I always think about. I just really like the idea that Naoki (Demi-Fiend) goes back and just lives his life to the fullest.

Gotta love the devil summoner after-credits, but the way Gouto recounts events has me thinking... Did Lucifer just roll up to Dante’s abode in his version?

That after-credits scene makes me want an enhanced completion of Devil Summoner 1 & 2.

It's feels like the most effort for the Freedom and TDE when comes to the endings in Nocturne. All reasons endings look and play out mostly the same.

The 3 reasons endings are the same but the choices we made are different. The normal demon ending is when you answer with cowardice, it is different from the freedom ending.

I just realise to determine the normal demon route or neutral route, not only to reject 2 or more reasons and answer Aradia in either ways in Yoyogi Park, but also need to be careful on how you answer Isamu during the Hijiri's execution in the center of Amala Temple, how you answer Chiaki when she was trying to kill Futomimi, how you answer Mithra within the Diet Building and how you answer Hikawa before he became Ahriman as Yuko herself being an oblation. When I play this game for the first time, even I follow some guides to reject all the reasons and answer Aradia with courageous in Yoyogi Park, I somehow reach the normal demon ending. It turns out I wrongly reply Isamu and Hikawa during those events as I mentioned which result into that. So when I fixed those mistakes and once I reach the top of Kagutsuchi Tower during the second playthrough, I eventually get the right one lol So in conclusion, there are 4 more events you need to be careful besides all 3 reasons and the Aradia's event if you want to reach the neutral ending. Otherwise, you would instead get normal Demon Ending :3

The normal Demon ending is the worst one because it's not even interesting. They should have replaced it with something else like a Manikin Freedom Ending. Make something funny like all humans would get reborn as Manikins (including MC, Isamu, and Chiaki ), and only the protagonist would realize it

The true ending demon ending makes you understand that it is the canon ending that connects with SMT V? Supposedly what follows is the war that is talked about on SMTV and that causes everything that happened in this game.

True Demon Ending is the best ending. Freedom is the second best. The regular Demon Ending is decent, I mean it is a bit unsettling once you realize that Demi-Fiend is the only inhabitant of the Vortex World. The Reason Endings just suck ass.

I noticed Toshiko Tasaki was removed from the composers credits. Why tho?? Didn't she compose some of the tracks and especially Dante/Raidou's battle theme?

In which ending you get Pierce for Demifiend? I read that you only get that skill if you go to one certain ending.

This is just my thoughts....maybe SMT5 will take place after SMT3 true demon ending. Because of the trailer of SMT5 take place post apocalyptic japan and still in ruins. Maybe its the main character of SMT5 will help him regain humanity? Just a though. Wish it was true.

Isn't it possible to obtain Raidou without fighting becoming an actual demon? Is there any difference?

The human form in the freedom ending feels weird he could have gotten baggy pants

TDE is canon ending. No arguments, IV A has proved it as such.
